Q: Which moa should i use for my glock 40 mos (hunting/plinking) and which for my glock 34 (competition)? thanks.

This is really a matter of preference. As a general rule, large dot for speed and small dot for precision. But there arguments for just the opposite depending on who you ask. The best option is to put your hands on both before deciding which to buy. I don't compete too seriously or use one for self defense so I prefer the smaller dot. I don't feel like I give up too much speed and am still able to see the whole target without parts being washed out by the larger dot. This also allows me to use the optic on a rifle without giving up the ability for more precise shots.

The original Delta Point will. This new Delta point Pro has different mounting hardware though unfortunately.

Q: Does this come with the co-witness rear sight as shown in the picture?

The co-witness rear site is optional and is not in the picture I see in this question.
