Hands down the best carb gels I’ve ever used. I am taking 90g of carbs per hour with these and having zero issues. The texture is smooth and not too solid or watery. The taste is subtle but just enough to be desirable, while not over powering. I highly recommend.

My favorite gels for a long ride. They taste great and leave no bad aftertaste. Gives me great energy and I buy them over and over.

Love the taste, slightly citrus but very neutral, similar to maurten. Never had any issues digesting or keeping it down. The hole that it comes out of is a bit restrictive though, can’t swallow as fast as I’d like but that’s fine for long runs.

Good flavor - it's described as neutral, but it's quite sweet in a way that isn't gross or super artificial. I much prefer it to the GU flavors. The 30g dosage is convenient for me as a heavier runner who needs more carbs but doesn't want to carry a ton of packets. The consistency is relatively runny (but that could be because I live in a place where it's hot). As others have mentioned, the only real downside is that the perforation for tearing it open doesn't always actually open it all the way which is a real pain while on the run - I've been just cutting another perforation further down with a pair of scissors.

I use on hikes. It really gives a big boost at the time your energy begins to flag. I find I finish the hikes feeling much stronger than in the past.

I do a lot of long ride and this gel really help to refuel my energy I definitely recommend this gel.Of all the gel I have used over the years this one is the best I am in the process of purchasing some more.
