So comfortable and comforting!
My ear canal is very sensitive to pressure and other ear plugs would cause me a lot of pain. But this one was so comfortable! It doesn’t need much to be fixed in place and the noise reduction level borders on noise canceling!

Very poor noise cancellation
The buds actually create a vacuum in the ears which cancels outside noise, but on the other hand amplifies the noise of your breath inside the ears. Very uncomfortable and not at all useful to make you sleep.
