Excellent yeast! had no problems so far! been fermenting my batch of mead for the last week and still going strong! trying it with a few wines as well, and all is going as expected. nice healthy fermentation all round.

Excellent works well at low temperatures does the job nicely

Weird but does not seem to do anything, just lets my wine sit there with no action.

I used this to make hard cider -- and it worked great! I got around 8% abv, and had I used more sugar I likely could've gotten a little higher. Very tasty!
