I dont drink that much water during the day so that keeps me well hydrated and you only got to drink it once a day. Tastes good. Has lots of electrolytes.

I will always love Liquid I.V! I use the normal hydration on a daily basis but i switched to these when i started feeling under the weather and within a day i started feeling better. taste is great and isn't too strong. dissolves easily even in cold water.

Great flavor! Liquid I.V. really helps me with hydration. Especially during the winter when I tend not to drink as much as I should. I sometimes split the packet into 2 bottles of water as the flavoring can be intense.

It mixes well, is convenient to take on the go, and I’ve noticed it helps me stay hydrated and supports my immune system. Solid supplement, just not my preferred taste.
