After trying many probiotics products, this is the first one to meaningfully help to lessen my digestive discomfort. Don’t expect one dose of Biogenics 16 to work magic, and don’t expect great taste. Do expect improvement once you have taken a few doses. I will be purchasing this on a regular basis.

I am not fully certain if it was because of this product but since the day I started taking it, my acid reflux kicked into high gear. I am returning it unfortunately. Given the high price of this product, it is tough to justify saying "oh its just working out the toxins of the body".

I dont know whats in it!A lot of us are here because we’re allergic to everything even some probiotics.I also am female and am fighting bacterial balance down below and Im trying to avoid more imbalances and itd be nice to see which lactobacillus strains we’re workin with!Other than that… its instant. You can tell its an ally for your body instantly…Itd be nice if it were affordable as well this price point is essentially robbery
