This was my second Niceday elliptical. Both operate very smoothly and are very stable. In fact, I have used many ellipticals over the years. This is the best one I have ever used and the best I have ever owned. It's lightweight and easy to move because of the wheels. Because it is mostly assembled it is very easy to build if you follow instructions. There is also a video on Youtube that helps. Another thing this company does extremely well is the packing! Both of my ellipticals arrived with damage to the box it was shipped in. Not a scratch on either one. I really am enjoying the use of it. It's helping me with my fitness goals. Oh yes and I'm very glad it has the water bottle holder too. If it had not, I wouldn't have ordered it. Great product! Way to go Niceday!

This review pertains to the 'Niceday' Elliptical Exercise Machine with 19" stride, Model CT11-19 for $800. The box arrived in good condition with several dings in it. The interior packaging of the box cushioned each individual part very well so there was not even a scratch of damage.It took over an hour to unpack it and discard all the packaging and about 2 hours to assembly it. The assembly was very easy, but I took it slowly to make sure it was done right. Every part was well labeled in the manual. They even included two wrenches, so all I needed to add was my Phillips head screw driver.I was impressed by the quality of the hardware and the parts. This is well made. Once assembled it was very stable, and the operation was whisper quiet and smooth. It does come with a simple control panel to monitor time, heart rate, etc. I love that it is simple. Some machines you need a degree in computer science to figure out. Not this one – very easy to use. Plus, it needs no wires and no electricity. The control panel runs on 2-each AA batteries. A simple knob adjusts 16 levels of tension – the control panel is not needed for that. To top it off, it weighs 125 pounds, so it is easy to move via the front two wheels.I specifically wanted the 19” stride. I am 5’ 8” 170 pounds. Smaller strides (15” to 18”) are not as effective and are awkward to use unless your body is smaller than mine. This unit supports a person up to 400 pounds and 6’6” tall.If you need an adjustable incline, this does not adjust. You will need to spend about $500 more to get that feature made by some other manufacturer. I am more price conscious and can easily do without the incline.The base is 42” long x 20” wide. The legs swing an additional 12” to the front and 6” to the rear. The handle height is 63”.To top it off this company offers Lifetime service for assistance & parts. I have found the elliptical to live up to the description on Amazon's website. It appears to be high quality. It is stable in use. It is very quiet. I appreciate how easy it is to move. I wanted this to give my chronically sore hip a rest, and that has been my experience. My hip hurts when I jog, but not with the elliptical. I have had it for about 6 weeks, and I use it a few times a week. My only concern is that Niceday NEVER answers an e-mail via their website and offers no other way to contact them. Even Amazon cannot reliably reach them, apparently; so, you are on your own should you need help. Fortunately, so far, I have had no problems. The assembly instructions were good; it took me a couple hours to accomplish. I did find out that Niceday reports the step-up (lowest) height to the pedals is 8.34" for the CT11S-18, and the stride is 18". In shoes I am about 5' 11", and my ceiling is about 77-78". If I stand up straight, my head reaches the ceiling. With a slight forward lean, I am good. Works for me. Most machines need more clearance, often by a lot. To date, I am pleased with the machine.

It works great! The setup was pretty easy too, very clear-cut and well explained. Whenever. I usually go to an actual gym. Gym I use the elliptical at around 19 or 20 level resistance. Even though this one has a Max of 16, I had to turn it down to about 10-12 to feel the same level of burn that I feel from the gem elliptical it's good

Only con is I wish it had a bottle holder. Besides that it works great and I get a really good intense workout!!! As far as putting it together it is not easy but once you are done it’s totally worth it.

Great unit for the price. Good stride length, 18” feels like one @ a fitness center. Very solid unit, well built and does not shake in uses. Both myself and wife uses it and enjoy the smooth movement. The digital screen is easy to use and does not give more information then you really need. Unit was easy to assemble took the two of us about 45 minutes to put together, we took are time assembling it. I highly recommend this unit @ this price, time will tell on its durability.
