Bought this for a party. Our hot water isn’t working in the bathroom, so bought this to keep towels warm. I now use it everyday for my own bath towel and to heat up my socks and outfit for bed. Absolutely perfect and worth every penny. On the large size (I have a small bathroom). I do notice some dark coloring on the outside of the warmer after it’s been on, but I just clean it with all-purpose spray and paper towel. Highly recommend, especially if you live in a climate that turns cold. That warm towel after a shower or bath is amazing.

Pretty cheap materials, the heating element is super unreliable as it changes temperature from quite high to quite low, then back up to high (etc.) without much of a pattern. I wanted it to heat a neck pillow for my neck pain but it doesn't get hot at all. It gets a little warm at best. Even at its hottest, the inside was not hot, just barely warm. This may work to get towels warmed a little, but I know if I'm paying this price I'd like my towel to be steamy hot, not barely above room temp.

We remodeled our master bathroom and I have to admit, this towel warmer is perfect. We can warm towels in 20, 40 minutes or an hour. I normally use 20 minutes but have turned it on for an hour.

Does what it says, 20min warming doesn’t do as well as 40min obviously. Type of material would probably make a difference for how long the towel/blanket holds the heat. Love having this to get cozy on the couch with a blanket.

I bought this warmer after reading reviews, and because it would fit in my closet when not in use. It is something of a disappointment since it just doesn't get one bath towel as warm as my old one that recently stopped working. It has a temperature readout that fluctuates wildly and randomly between about 210 and 270 degrees Fahrenheit during the timed heating period. I have been waiting for it to hit the top temperature before grabbling the towel, but even so, a significant portion of the towel is no warmer than when I put it in. And waiting for the top temperature when I have finished washing is both inconvenient and wasteful. This is not a good value for the price since it functions only adequately.
