If your looking for a cheep EDC
Not bad as a folding pocket knife. Not great as a folding pocket knife either. For the price point being what it was when I bought it, cannot complain. Blade sharp without the burr that some knives get during the grinding process which is surprising since it came from a country in SE Asia. Does have DeWalt all over it along with the bright yellow handle inserts, no something low key if that is a concern. Personally, for a knock around and if gets lost it's not a biggie, do recommend

Buy it before they come to their senses.
There’s a break-in period and the pocket clip might take some fiddling with if you want to switch it around and carry it tip-up (the proper way, as we all know). But it has a beefy blade, two deployment methods, it locks open nice and solid, it holds a good edge, and has a ball bearing pivot. What else do you want for this price point?

OK for the price - but not great
Not a great knife, but for 14.99 - wasn't expecting too much. I've only had it a few days, but I've already noticed the spring release for the blade is a little sloppy. If I open it two handed, works well enuf, but one-handed opens tend to cause the spring to travel too far, making it difficult to release with your thumb. I have to get in there with a screw driver and pry it down to close the blade. The blade itself looks decent, comes with a good edge. Will have to see how it holds up over time. Overall it just seems a bit flimsy - I like a knife with some heft - this one doesn't have it.
