This product actually "helped" me keep my A1C/glucose reading down a little. Ask your doctor before trying any kind of supplement. Not recommended for weight loss, was tasty since it was a gummy and I personally thought it was a bit on the pricy side.

These taste like poo poo but they seem to work. I take two in the morning and maybe one or two in the afternoon if needed.

In January I was diagnosed prediabetic. So my father had seen these gummies in an ad somewhere and ordered me three bottles. I don't know how well they worked because I don't do measurements or anything yet, but they tasted really good, I would take 2 a day, usually before lunch which is usually my biggest meal of the day, and those 3 bottles were dwindling by May. So I ordered three more bottles, and just happened to look at the nutrition facts and measurements and whatnot before I even tried the new bottles. The front looked mostly the same, but "Dr. Stephanie's Propriety Blend" had dropped from 2000mg in the old bottles, to only 125mg in the new ones! And the new ones do NOT taste as good as the old ones. I am editing my review because I did keep taking them, and they grew on me, but you can certainly taste the more natural cinnamon flavor now as opposed to the older fruity gummy flavoring.
