Very nice, but very expensive.
Bought on a big discount sale. Material is thick and strong, bag is surprisingly weighty even when empty. Nylon is thick and densely woven. Zips are quality YKK. Fleece lined front top pouch, as well as fleece lining on one of the front vertical zipped pouches, and inside the front organisation sectio for a phone. Side pouches for drinks bottles are nice, and not that netting type of material. One of them has a access hole from the side by where your kidney would be when wearing it, as well as through the top by the compression straps as is convention. Laptop section had thick padding and is nice and deep, feels like it would keep the laptop from touching the ground directly too. Arm straps are stiff but contour nicely to keep the weight pulling on your chest area rather than your shoulder joints, I can imagine it will be very comfortable after long periods of wear. Whistle built into chest clip. Only complaint is it will fall over on it’s face when put down, always. Also, did I mention it’s damn expensive? Even on sale?

High End!
I'm in to durable laptop/tablet friendly backpacks. After owning an extremely durable Targus Grid Dust/water/shock proof, military grade backpack for 3y, took a great deal in research which led me to this masterpiece. I don't think I need to expand too much here. A noble brand and a decent product. Super comfortable, with an extremely spacious main compartment* and very smart other details. One bp for everything - You can remove all the waste straps + transport a laptop and a tablet safely together. Or use it as a serious travel bag. A Sturdy, lightweight and very comfortable. It's five stars non the less. in the photos - a merely empty bag ex + TNF Rain Cover (M) Red (sold seperately). Cheers. *for ex you can put 3 six packs in it, have some extra space left, and it still looks like an everyday bp. super handy when you travel and have loads of clothing or just want to drop by a foodmart after work - no need for extra bags at all. + it doesnt look that big at all untill you loosen those tightening belts on the sides and fill it :)

Very versatile bag with good build quality
I ordered this bag after reading mixed reviews. It has been an incredibly useful backpack. I travel a lot with work and it manages to hold enough for a couple days away. Pockets are well placed and when carrying less gear it collapses down well. The laptop section is more than sufficient for work related materials. Overall a very good bag.

I love this backpack
Perfect for office and weekend trips! Spacious and sturdy! I was using Vans earlier and started having back pain whenever i carry heavy stuff. This backpack is perfect to use and the size is more than average backpacks, but perfect for weekend trips. A bit pricey but you can't expect less from TNF! The only reason I am giving it 4* is because the admin compartment is not that big and if you fill too much stuff in the admin compartment and not much on the middle area, the bag seems like having a dent in between and can't stay in upright position.

Great Commuter Rucksack
This rucksack is absulety cavaneous. Theres space for everything. I did have a Borealis but wanted to try something I could fit my laptop, papers, gym kit in etc. Its well made and has plenty of pockets for all the little things you need to carry. Worth the money. You won't be disappointed.

very roomy
I am completely satisfied. Seems to be an original North Face. You never can be sure 100% though. However the quality is great and has a huge space. The price is also relatively good. Bought it 65gbp with a discount. If I had to tell you some negatives, these would be: 1. can't stand up alone itself (i mean it has no balance), it hurts me a bit on shoulders when it's heavy.

It broke in less than a year
I love the brand, but I bought this and the back pack straps started to break in less than a year. Now after 3 years, the backpack is perfect but both straps are defected (you can see the protective foam inside). Very disappointed. :(

Great bag!
This is a proper rucksack. It’s been very well made and sturdy. The straps are comfortable and the bag is comfortable to wear. I needed something to put my MacBook Pro 15 inch in and this fits it perfectly. It has a lot of space for all my day to day stuff.
