Excellent bang for your buck AM5 mother board!
Excellent AM5 X870 chipset mother board. Home to my 9800X3D CPU inside a Corsair 5800T case. Has room for 5 M.2 drives to give you storage the size of Alaska. Easy install, plenty of ARGB and USB headers and ports. Runs Windows 11 like a Pro. Half price compared to the Hero line. Very Happy with my DIY PC. The best part are the STICKERS!

Good Motherboard, Linux Users Beware
Motherboard is nice and high quality, the gpu slot has a nice levered release for larger graphics cards.Warning: Neither the r8125 ethernet chipset OR the mt7925e onboard wifi card has good support. The r8125 does not work with the out of the box kernal and requires additional setup. The mt7925e driver own sometimes randomly fails and crashes the entire system. (tested on ubtuntu noble, kernal 6.11.0-24)Neither of these are really ASUS fault, but if I had known this, I would have purchased a motherboard with better out of the box linux support. Windows works fine after using the asus driver download utility, so if you use only windows, you won't have any issues.

Awesome motherboard
We were looking to build a new server to handle live streaming our church service. It needed to be able to have lots of RAM, a fast processor, cable of taking a large graphics card, and have a slot open for a video capture card. This motherboard fit the bill. We loaded it up with 128GB of memory, a AMD Ryzen™ 9 9900X processor, GeForce RTX™ 5080 video card and a huge power supply. Add to that a liquid cooler for the processor and a big case and we had one heck of a system built. The documentation was very clear. The compatibility with the video capture card (bringing in 4 SDI connections) is wonderful. This has been a great system for us. We've actually bought a 2nd system and configured just like this one as a backup. You can't go wrong with this.

Excellent Pairing for the 7800X3D – Loaded with Features, Minor Cosmetic Flaw
The ASUS TUF Gaming X670E-PLUS WiFi 6E motherboard is a perfect match for my Ryzen 7 7800X3D. Setup was clean, no issues with booting or compatibility, besides the BIOS update needed. The 16 power stages handle the 7800X3D’s power demands easily, keeping everything stable and cool, especially since that chip runs cooler by design.Performance-wise, the board delivers. PCIe 5.0, DDR5, USB 4, and four M.2 slots give it insane flexibility for gaming, content creation, or anything I throw at it. 2.5 Gb LAN and WiFi 6E keep connections fast and reliable. The Aura RGB lighting is subtle but adds a clean look.Only downside, there was a small area on the plastic trim around the CPU socket that was slightly damaged. It’s fully hidden once the cooler’s installed and doesn’t affect performance or function at all.Overall, pairing this board with the AMD 7 7800X3D was a great move, rock-solid, packed with features, and built to last. Would absolutely recommend.

For the price, this is one of the best!
This motherboard far exceeded my expectations! The build quality and design are amazing and really look great within my setup. There is more than enough connections for everything I wanted to run from it. My 9800X3D CPU worked right away without the need for a BIOS update, although I did an update shortly after just because. The cost to value of on this unit is great! I didn’t need to spend twice the price for something I wouldn’t use any of the extra amenities of. The install was straight forward, but it is the same as any other motherboard you would purchase. I can’t comment on the WIFI capability as I use a hardline connection for competitive gaming. The speeds are above average, and there are plenty of ports. You can’t go wrong with this setup!

MSI "IS" Crap! Asus is KING!
Yes I've always bought Asus and thought I'd try MSI. What a terrible mistake! MSI "IS" Crap! Now about the Asus MOBO. Speeds in WIFI were 632.49MBS Download and 41.0MBS Upload. Ethernet cable, 734.91 Down, 41.5 Up. This thing screams! SATA was another issue with MSI, but Asus picked up everything I plugged into it without a single hitch. Highly Recommend this awesome Motherboard! Thank you Asus for a great affordable MOBO!

Solidly built, works out of the box.
I've been building PC's since the 90's, and I've built on a lot of asus boards. This one is by far my favorite.First of all, it is very easy to navigate and the instructions are very clear in mapping the various connection locations, and the markings on the board itself are fairly straightforward and easy to find. Plenty of m.2 slots, room for SATA drives, if you like the scenic route, and a plethora of USB options.Secondly, everything was compatible out of the box, no bios flash needed. First time in a long time I haven't had to tinker with anything to get to first boot. And finally, the fit and finish is excellent. I'd never gone in for the TUF branded stuff before, but when I upgraded GPUs a couple of years ago, I lucked into a TUF 3070 Ti, and I find that I appreciate the solid construction and "heft" of the TUF components. That influenced my decision to go with this board over some others, and I'm very happy with it.My ONLY complaint is the new m.2 securing system. I get that it's supposed to be some kind of quick swap or something, but there are little plastic tabs that fold over and hold the drive in place, and they work just fine, but also break pretty easily. I'd have liked the option of screwing the drives down like we did the in stone age, or at least have a couple extra of the plastic clips included.Overall though, I'm extremely happy with this board and I'll definitely be buying TUF for my next upgrade.
