Q: IS THIS EASY TO INSTALL

Easy if you are somewhat handy - my husband is pretty handy he was able to figure it out pretty easily - but I don't think it would have been easy for me who is not very handy at all!

Q: How does this product mount to the cabinet doors? The kit includes no hardware nor pre-drilled holes.

It doesn't mount to doors but to base and top of cabinet. You should have received a chrome pole and black rings for the base, middle and top of the pole. Those get screwed into the top and floor of the cabinet. The middle black ring gets screwed in to hold the top shelf for weight. You should have received the black rings and the screws but you will need to measure and drill into the cabinet floor and cabinet ceiling yourself.

Q: How to make the shelves turn in tandem together?

Kidney shelves are not available with dependent hardware, but it is available only by special order thru Rev-A-Shelf. Not a very common request to have Kidney with dependent hardware. Just to be clear, you might be looking for a Pie Cut and not Kidney. Many people confuse the (2). Pie Cut only comes with dependent hardware, but the cabinet door must also attach to Pie Cut.

Q: Is this only for when you build a kitchen? or can i install this in my corner cupboard? how do i get it into the door? seems like it will be to big?

You assemble it inside the cabinet. It comes with a template so it is easy to line up tha center pole. Simple to install in existing cabinet.
