Was a christmas present. Spent 3 hours trying to put the chair together. Not even the stand. Just the CHAIR SEAT!The seller sent me a previously broken and re-welded chair. Horrible welding job too. To the point I cannot put the screws in to secure the chair from collapsing. On top of that, the main rod in the back in bent wrong so if you sit in it, it tips sideways.... Spent so long trying to put it together don't have the box to return it so now I'm out $190 and stuck with a broken chair i cannot sit in.

I have been wanting this chair for a long time. i finally bought it and love it. I who’s I knew how to adjust the pole so the basket can swing freely

The chair/swing is very heavy duty and a really good quality, unfortunately though the wicker that's wrapped around the swing was broke and unraveled on the chair, which was disappointing.

If it would let me, i would give it 0 stars. I purchased this item only a little over a month ago and the frame has now bent. During that one month, my daughter loved it. It was very comfy. But with in a short time it has become compromised. My daughter has not done anything out of sorts with it like bouncing or swinging too hard, etc but the upright bar that holds the egg part has bent and is leaning. My husband says that the weld is not centered. It is no longer safe to use. I really hate to leave a bad review for them but I paid alot of money for this to only last a month. I have tried to reach out to the company for at least some kind of help or at least partial reparations but I cannot get anything but an automated response that simply repeats the same question.

This chair is exactly as described and featured! It was the favorite gift my grandson received for Christmas!

I felt a duty to protect the general public from this product. Seller is repackaging and sending damaged product. Poor quality, missing pieces, unraveled decorative wrap, warped and unable to install. Packing it back up and sending it back is a huge hassle as well. Buy another chair.

nice chair, once you finally get together. Very difficult to get corresponding ends to match up, even with 2 people. the foot rest is also very hard to slide into the holes.could use extra padding for the seat area.

I love the chair, it was cozy and my daughter wanted to snuggle in it at every chance. Unfortunately, we had to send it back because the legs stuck out to far for her bedroom. So we had to purchase one with a circle base instead. But this was definitely a great buy for a bigger area.
