I have slightly flat feet, ankle issues, and a big toe that isn’t as flexible as I would like after years of wearing high heels. No instructions included for use, so it is imperative that you follow guidance of your trainers or teachers. Combine with a adequate warm up of the feet and appropriate strengthening exercises to get results safely. Comes in a canvas bag perfect for storage and transport. Elegant carved, polished wood design is very sturdy. Pads can be placed in different places depending on dancer's foot structure and comfort.

The foot stretcher didn't come with leg strap, but no issues otherwise. Also, I don't use the foot pad, but it's nice to have just in case.

Update: It’s been almost 3 months now and my feet are completely transformed. Before, my feet felt short/stumpy and I couldn’t reach a full point at all. Today, I’m well past 180 degrees and my toes can almost touch the floor! I use this thing every day for 10 minutes.Don’t judge my arch lol, I retired from dance 10 years ago and I’m trying to dance again for fun :) This stretcher is amazing! I would definitely recommend this product, came super fast as well!

The product is beautiful, but did not arrive as described. It was missing parts and is entirely useless without them. We are returning, reordering, and hoping the next one comes as described.Very disappointed especially because my daughter is home for the weekend and needed it this week for college
