Great product.
Company overall:Soundcore as a brand is the best I've ever used. They're not marking up everything on a brand name alone, while under delivering on the actual product. These guys are actually giving a terrific product at a price people can afford. I've had the Liberty Airs, the Liberty 2 Pro, 3 Pro, now 4 Pro, and the Space A40. Only once did I have any issues, and the customer service had me fixed up with replacements in no time because the product still had about 3 months in the 18 month warranty. I didn't even make it to using the Asurion Protection Plan I bought with the set before getting a brand new set. I can't recommend Soundcore enough, regardless of what you're buying.Liberty 4 Pro specifically:Probably my only real complaint is that the case is a bit more square than I'd like, so opening the case without looking down takes a few attempts. I wish it was a bit more oblong like the 2 or 3 Pro cases, or even rectangular. But that's a minor nitpick overall. It does take a second for the case to load into adjusting the noise cancellation level, which can be annoying if you're doing something quickly and want immediate transparency or more cancellation, but I can get used to that part since being more responsive means more likely to adjust in your pocket. The sound quality is crystal clear, and I don't have any issues with sounds getting muddy or drowned out. The HearID gets pretty close, and then setting the preference test locks in to the point that I don't really need to fiddle with anything else. The squeeze controls can be a bit finicky, but overall work well enough that I can forgive how precisely you need to grab the stems, as I personally like them better than touch controls. I've had way too many problems with touch controls in the past, so I would rather have slightly finicky squeeze buttons over touch any day. The fit in my ear is pretty good, but I did find that they seem to settle in over time as opposed to push in and friction fit immediately. But once they're in, they're locked in so tight that they're not going anywhere, and the gel tip usually flips inside out when I pull them out. I may be an oddity on that one, but I like that they fit that well. The volume is impressive, and the customization is fantastic, especially for its price point. If you're on the fence, and money isn't an issue, I say pull the trigger and just get them already. For the price spent, these are better than anything else even close in price, and often challenge most that are more expensive up to a point.

The sound quality is right up there with Bose for only $100!
I legitimately cannot believe how good these EarPods are. I had AirPod Pro 4’s and was pretty dissatisfied right away with the sound quality and I realized that the Max 2 or whatever was probably the way I should have gone, but given that my AirPods had noise cancellation and the price wasn’t that different, I couldn’t have imagined the sound quality being that much different so I just kept them. My AirPods also hurt my ears after being in them for anything longer than 20 minutes. So I decided to order the Soundcore Liberty 4’s given those facts but also because my AirPods do not connect to my Lenovo laptop. I have a Mac for personally used, but for work I have to use this Lenovo ThinkPad. AirPods do not connect to these at all. And they screw up the sound in general. The moment I could get them connected, the sound wouldn’t work or it would be muffled and when I would disconnect the sound snd microphone on my laptop wouldn’t work at all and I had to update and fix the drivers which is insane. As for the soundcore liberty 4’s, they connect seamlessly to my Lenovo as well as to my iPhone. That’s actually the main point I bought them. I wanted earbuds for my work laptop instead of the overhead ones they provided me. My plan was to use the sound course for work in my AirPods for personal use, but then I started to listen to music with the sound core and oh my God, they blew me away. These were marked down to $100 so I figured the sound wasn’t gonna be great because I have bought Earbuds and headphones for around that price and they’re not good. These are phenomenal. You can test the amount of sound going into your ear so that it’s configured correctly. You have different sizes of the bud that you can put on depending on the size of your ear and it’s so much softer and feels better than AirPods. I could have these in all day for work or for listening to music and the bass level is so much better than AirPods. AirPods have no base. The noise cancellation isn’t quite as good as AirPods, but barely noticeable difference. And there’s also so much more customization on the sound and EQ including a sound test where you can have your own personal preference of sound based off the results of the test or you can go crazy and do a custom one or use their pre-settings for different EQ’s. I am blown away by these. I’ve never been so impressed by headphones, especially at this price point. This is a no-brainer.
