Bought this as a present for my cousin in Minnesota she absolutely loves it she's got so many fish.

the instruction manual is rather vague. you have to sign up through the downloaded application in order to view the manual. Even that is not as clear as i would like, (I am a senior citizen with limited vision.i think so far, i like the product. what i think is a scam, there is no mention of there being a premium for this product to work in its best mode of operation.there is no off or on button. it must be in the water to make a connection to make adjustments.

Wow!!! I own 4 boat finders and two ice flashers and all I can say is wow. Its a powerhouse that fits in your pocket. I bought this to fish a local spot that doesn't allow boats but you need to find the deep holes. This and a depth map has allowed me to do that. You really should dedicate a rod of its own like a stiff surf rod to get it where you want cause its heavy. I have thrown it like a baseball but mostly keep it on a 2 piece 7 foot eel rod with braid. I can easily see this replacing a few boat units and maybe a ice flasher. I can't say enough good things. I also 3d printed a boat mount and really like it for my small boats and canoes.

Got the deeper pro. Have only used once somewhat satisfied. Maybe that will improve with time. Really question its water temp accuracy. Did a lot of reading and research before purchasing. For me, to many options coupled with horrible owners manual. You have to comb the net to figure out how to set up and what setup options are and what affect. Nice owners manual with setting explanations would be nice. As winter leaves will use more and perhaps my rating will go higher.

Despite reviews warming about the many issues this product has, my husband did purchase it regardless. Which was a mistake. It’s constantly needing to reconnect and won’t work half the time. We bought this In January of 2025 and it’s now June 2025. Worked good the first month then began having issues. But my return window closed in beginning of February 2025, so now we are out that money. So please if you’re reading this go purchase something else! Don’t be like my husband or you too may have an irritated wife! Spend more for something that will last more than 6 months.

It's generally pretty good if you're on a boat. Less useful on the shore. When it does work, it's accurate. Need to go to the setting to turn the fish symbols and the alerts on

I love it, takes a little use to understand how it works. I yea it from the bank in neighborhood retention pond it has help snowing how and where the fish are schooling.

At first it worked I was able to initiate all startup and it worked. Then I tossed it into the water and connection failed. After that it won’t connect anymore. Tried all troubleshooting and everything as specified yet no luck. Will have to return this one. My assumption is that it is manufacture defect.
