Worth the Price!
I got a size 8 and wear it on my right pointer finger—fit is true to size and very comfortable for all-day and night wear. I’m honestly amazed at how much this ring can track, from sleep and recovery to activity and overall health insights. A huge bonus is that I was able to purchase the ring with my HSA card, and even use HSA funds for the yearly subscription as well, which made this an even better value for me. The data is detailed, easy to understand, and actually useful. If you’re looking for a sleek, comfortable wearable with powerful health tracking, I highly recommend the Oura Ring

Best health tracker I’ve used for sleep and recovery
The Oura Ring has been genuinely useful for tracking my sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and recovery trends. The data feels more accurate and meaningful than what I got from wrist trackers, and since it’s tiny and comfortable I forget I’m wearing it. The app breaks everything down in a clear way and makes it easy to spot patterns (stress, hydration, workouts, etc.). Battery life is solid and lasts several days before charging. It’s a premium device for sure, but if you care about sleep and recovery data more than steps and notifications, it’s worth it.

A great health tracker
I highly recommend getting an Oura Ring if you like keeping track of your health and I don't say it lightly. I am a Samsung girly and while I love all my Samsung stuff, I am disappointed with their Ring version. I went through 2 Samsung Rings before getting the Oura. Both Samsung rings had charging issues and stopped holding a charge. Now I have only had my Oura ring for almost a week, but I can already see that it tracks way better. The only thing I wish it could connect to is my Libre app for my Freestyle Libre 3 CGM. It does connect to Stelo by dexcom for those CGM users. I just hope that it could someday connect with Libre. Overall I am much happier.

Read this review if you are considering the Oura ring!
Let me start by saying I REALLY wanted to like this ring! I wouldn’t have spent so much money on it if I wasn’t all in! My first disappointment came from, just learning/realizing that the ring did not have the functionality that, I had understood it to have. Does it track your heart rate? Mmmmm… sort of. If you are hoping for it to track your heart rate while you are exercising, you are going to be sorely disappointed. It does heart rate readings every 10 to 30 minutes. No matter what you’re doing. That is one reading every 10 to 30 minutes… Which by the way you have no control of so it might be 10, it might be . So if you’re hoping to capture your peak heart rate while you are exercising, good luck. There is a function where you can record your workout and, I thought maybe that would be a workaround but no, all that really does is, record your path with GPS tracking to give you a visual of the route you took. And it’ll take a couple heart rate readings but, again, not at any meaningful regular interval while you are exercising. There is a manual function to check your heart rate which, has to be selected in the app and then it asks you to stay still for 30 seconds so that it can take your heart rate… And again, if you’re exercising, and you want your heart rate being tracked, you can’t stop everything and pull out your phone every few minutes to force it to take a reading. And, don’t forget, to also stop and be still so that it can take the reading.🤦♀️ Does it detect when you are stressed? One of the features this ring boasts is, tracking your stress. Supposedly, your body gives off particular signals when you are stressed and, the App puts a lot of focus on the amount of stress that you’ve had during your day. The problem is, it’s wildly inaccurate. It goes further to say that, eating, exercising, or doing things you enjoy can all give off those same signals as stress lol so, it’s not really a very useful metric for anything IMO. It will say I am stressed when I am eating, when I am exercising, but even when I am doing something relaxing and enjoyable like, in my garden interestingly enough, it has correctly detected a few times that I got particular news that sent my stress levels way up. It did pick those up. But, again, how useful is it if, it picks up so much of everything else as stress also 😆 I mean unless you are just a slug and lay around all day, it’s going to report that you had stress throughout the day 🤷♀️ And how about that subscription? Does the ring give basic metrics without the subscription? No. Big fat no. This is my biggest problem with this ring. I didn’t know if I felt like that the subscription would be valuable enough to me so I made sure before I purchased it that, if I didn’t want the extras of the subscription that the ring would still continue to track the most basic things like, step count. And, it reports that it does do that. HOWEVER, what they fail to mention is that, they don’t make that data available for you to see anywhere anymore lol and, it no longer updates Apple health or whatever other app you are integrating in with. So, it does NOTHING without the subscription. The only thing it will do is give you these silly readiness scores for your day. If it feels like you got a good nights sleep then it will give you a good readiness score for the day and a good sleep score. But you will see absolutely none of the data that went into building that score. No more steps, no more heart rate, no more anything. That’s IT. You can buy a ring for a fraction of the price that gives you all way more functionality, WITHOUT a Subscription. The way they make it sound before you purchase is that the subscription gives you a lot of extras. And I was willing to pay that if I felt like those extras were really valuable but because the data is so wildly inaccurate, I didn’t feel like it was particularly valuable what I thought I was getting as an “extra” From the subscription. Had I known it wouldn’t do the most basic thing to count steps without a subscription, and actually show them to me either in the app or by writing them to Apple health, I would have never purchased this ring. You’ve been warned! Good luck!

Obsessed!
The Oura Ring 4 is sleek, lightweight, and comfortable enough to wear all day and night. Sleep tracking and readiness data feel accurate and genuinely useful, especially once you build a few weeks of history. The Stealth finish looks subtle and doesn’t draw attention. Expensive, but the insights and build quality make it feel worth it.

Wouldn’t Buy Again, but Does It’s Job For Now
I’ve had my ring for a while now and waited to review so that I could weigh the pros and cons. Here they are! Pros: - Easy to Pair and Navigate to Phone/App - Lots of Biometrics/Data, and the ability to export some of it - Great for tracking heart rate, sleep, and stress Cons: - Kind of pricey for the value, and the app requires $5/mo just to use it. Long term commitment to money (that’s $60 extra each year) - Scratches REALLY easy. - Battery life isn’t really up to par. I bought mine less than 1yr ago and already find myself having to charge it daily to keep it charged throughout the next day. - Doesn’t pair with a ton of apps that I find useful, in my opinion. - For those with hands/fingers that frequently swell, there aren’t half sizes, so you have to size up which can cause issues with sensing/picking up bio data. - IMO, not great for cycle tracking like it says. TLDR; I probably wouldn’t purchase this item again as I find it a bit too pricey for what it’s worth, and the subscription makes it even pricier.

Perfect ring
Love my Oura ring. I have larger fingers so I was a little worried about the size and look but I used the size kit to determine ring size and amazon will credit that towards the purchase. Glad I did, it fits perfectly and the battery easily lasts almost a full week without charge and charges quick when needed.

後で判明したがアマゾンとその他で1000円近く値段が違う。類似の商品にも出て来なかった。 24時間装着とあったので着けて寝たら、かぶれでしまった。本商品とは素材が違うが、高いので怖くて買えない

I hesitated for a while before investing in this gadget. And I love my Gadgets! but after doing some homework on the competition, I decided to jump for it. First, the fit and metal colour are great, I couldn't be happier, the quality and durability is insane, i do everything with it, I rarely take it off. The connectivity to my Samsung Z Fold6 was flawless, no hiccups, plus, everything you open the app, it updates in no time. so great compatibility. Now, you need to give it time to gather data about you, of course... it will not happen overnight which is quite right, but the intel you get afterwards is great. Your body age, sleep quality, energy available, your stress, it is such a great little ring. it is a lot of money for such a small device but the value for money is worth it. I highly recommend it if you are curious and want to be nudge in the right direction for better health.
