Do they come with links

Links??? It comes with the switches, back plate, and panel face plate. If links is another word for one of the items I have listed then yes :-) if not then no.

Any idea the screw size for the faceplate, they seem smaller than usual m3.5 you get on standard sockets

They normal size screws and they arrived with the panel.. Long enough to catch metal box
