Microsoft Office Home & Business 2024 | One time purchase, 1 Device | Windows 10/11, Mac - Key Card

I was a MS Office 365 user and I only used with one computer! The recent 50% increase for annual was to much and I chose the Office 2024.Here are suggestions before ( you getv30 days of access to cloud) change to Office 2024 that I did.I created a folder “Office 2024” on cpu .Then I opened any file using 365 that was in cloud, then did a “save as” to the new folder “Office 2024”After that I opened any file any files that were create with 365 and saved as to the new folder” Office 2024”Now! Once you get this the key should be in folder you recieve from Amazon .Before you open this purchase you must go to your Microsoft Account, cancel subscription, and then uninstall program.After the 365 is gone read card it will tell you how to set up! Need code to complete.After install I went back and opened files doing save as to place back in the “Office 2024” folder.Since this version does not have Publisher, I opened them ( remember you have 30 days after you cancel, to open)Then I choose “save as” and saved any .pub files as .pdfSince I was about to pay new price of $99 a year the price will work out cheaper.Office 2024 is supported up to Dec 2029

This has been utter hell to try to load into my computer. Time and again I follow the directions and repeatedly it says "You have only 5 more days to create and edit in Excel" The same message follows for when I try to use any of the other apps. It then offers me the chance to spend a lot more money to "upgrade" into Microsoft 365. I spent $270 for Microsoft Home & Business and they say I can use this for 5 days unless I pony up for their premier money-making product. It also said at one point I would have to wait 30 days to be able to use it. Today will be the third full day I've spent on the computer trying to make work what I bought.Amazon recommended calling Microsoft to get this resolved. The Microsoft chatbox turned me over to a service that charges $55 for help. Great! $270 for the software from hell and then $55 more to try to fix it.

Changed from Microsoft 365 to Office and Business 2024 with one time charge and no annual fee. Same functionality as Office has always been.

Not sure why so many others had issues with install. This has been the install routine for about 10 yrs. I had no issues getting it installed and working. With that said don't bother upgrading from 2021 as you will be disapointed with the minor updates.

Product is listed as having a CD, but the one I purchased did not include a CD

i purchased a new MacBook Pro through Amazon and wanted to upgrade to the latest standalone version of MS Office (I hate paying recurring fees for Microsoft's subscription services).The new software runs without problems (so far) on the new machine.

Bought 5 copies for our small business, got the boxes with the keycard, downloaded the suite from Microsoft, created the Microsoft account and activated. All went fast, smooth and without problems. So, there is nothing wrong with the software, but I easily see people running into user problem as the process is a little bit more than the old way of installing, putting in the key and being good to go.

Upgraded because 2016 was giving me problems. But by upgrading the problems did not go away. Icloud is always fighting with outlook. Forced to switch to new outlook, new outlook took alot of the old features away such as to being able color code your calendar where all your calendars are on the same calendar. Absolutely no support from microsoft to support there products they develop that have all these problems with there program. Waste of MONEY !!!!!!!!!!
