This works. It hits exactly where my neck is in need of work. For anyone who spends a lot of time working at a computer this is an essential tool, as important as your chair or standing desk. Plus the customer service is personal and quick. I only contacted customer service to register the product and not because there was something wrong. And they were expedient and friendly, as customer service should be. Overall this is a great product and congrats to the people who designed it.

This massager is amazing! It actually feels like someone's hands. The tension from my neck is gone. I will say it isn't easy to use on other areas besides the neck.

I have used shiatsu massagers for years and this one is top quality. The nodules massage in the right places for my neck and upper middle back with good pressure. So relaxing and tension releasing!
