Carpel tunnel be gone
I've had carpel tunnel for decades. This is the best mouse I've found for it, and I don't need a little writes cushion anymore. Also of note, the battery life on this thing is great. I use it entirely with the 2.4ghz adapter, and it's really smooth. It goes to sleep after maybe 10 or so minutes, and you just have to click to wake it up. Only complaint, the click to wake it up registers, so you might wind up clicking on something you didn't mean to.

My MX Vertical replacement (for now)
I have Med-Large hands which I think is important to remember when you read this review. Hand size is very important when you're considering vertical mice. For me, I switched to vertical mice due to carpal tunnel a couple years ago, and it really helped to eliminate it. I went to Best Buy and tried both the Logitech Lift and MX Vertical. The Lift is for smaller hands and I didn't like the feel of it. So I bought the larger MX Vertical despite the $100 pricetag with the hope that it'd help my carpal tunnel. It did, but unfortunately, now its suffering from the double click issue that apparently is a feature of Logitech mice. So I began the hunt for another vertical mouse that didn't cost +$100. I knew I wanted one that was for Medium to Large hands, so I’ve tried 5 different ones that said they were for larger hands or had similar measurements to the MX Vertical. For reference the dimensions shown on box are 4.8in x 3in x 3.1in Pros: Mouse is definitely larger and fits my hand nicely. The bubble shape fills my palm nicely. The clicks are quiet and soft yet tactile. Scroll wheel feels fine and not flimsy. Has a rechargeable battery (which technically is a con if it quits working). Price was very competitive at $17. The DPI goes to 2400. Cons: The bottom “slip” pads sometimes catch on my mouse pad. The clicks aren’t as satisfying as the ProtoArc EM11 or Nulea M510 and I definitely like the scroll wheel better on the M510. In the end, I will probably keep this one as my replacement for the MX Vertical. Even if the mouse might be somewhat inferior, $17 vs $117 is too big of a price difference to ignore. And for me at least, the shape is the best fit for my large hands. I will say that I tend to agree with the other reviewer that the Nulea M510 is an upgrade to this mouse. The clicks are better and the scroll wheel is nicer. However, it is shaped differently with a curve and less of a bubble shape and more of a gentle slope. For me at least with the M510, my hand tended to slide down the slope and end up resting on the mouse pad which so far doesn’t seem to happen with this one. Is it perfect? No. Will it work for me without breaking the bank? Definitely.

Great fit and quality
I have two of these mice. They fit my hand quite well, better than most of the vertical mice on Amazon. Quality, battery life and performance are excellent. Good click feel. Very pleased with this product.

Great ergonomic mouse
Easy to use and set up with Bluetooth, fast and responsive, comfortable to use, and long battery life. The mouse goes to sleep when inactive and wakes with a button press. It’s helpful to be able to switch devices for the mouse with the push of a button.

I Wanted To Love This More Than The Expensive Name Brand
I wanted to see if this was a worthy substitute for a similar, name-brand mouse of the same type. The form factor is the same and it works, but that is it. I tried a couple of these after reading reviews that said people had hit or miss experiences. I was hoping one out of three would be a home run. I sit in front of a computer for 10 -12 hours a day and I have started to develop serious carpal tunnel in my right hand and wrist. My doctor encouraged me to find tools that will help me continue to work while not destroying my body. I have the name brand ergo mouse and tried out this one and a few others. Darn it, the name band works better for me. It is heavier. That makes it easier for me to do fine mousing work. The name brand also is also more comfortable in my hand. I tried the smaller and larger versions of ergo mice. I don't have big hand, but the bigger version is so much more comfortable and easy to use. I might hang onto one of these as a backup. Update - the mouse stopped working when I paused work. Like I walked away for an hour and the mouse did not work. By turning it off and back on it started working again. But any significant pause in work made the mouse stop working. Not a fatal flaw, but kind of a pain.

My new favorite brand, new favorite mouse!
This is my second Nulea mouse, purchased this as the previous one was showing its age after 2 years of use. Does a mouse need to be changed as soon? Depends on the cat you have! For the price, much prefer buying this over and again instead of some of the more expensive mice on the market. My last mouse and this are both perfect for big hands - it's not a pinch grip, but like holding a nice and girthy burrito 😂 The matte finish, a little dimple by the thumb makes for a very relaxed hold. Also, ALL the buttons are QUIET! The clicks, forward-back, dpi setting are quiet buttons. The button to toggle between devices is at the top, making it easy to switch, especially when working on multiple systems at the same time. The charge lasts a long time - I like that it's USB-C rechargeable, and I don't have to keep going through batteries. Great mouse, will continue to buy from this brand. It's not expensive, so it doesn't break the bank if the cat decides to have a mouse chase (what happened with my last Nulea mouse! 😆)

A Lightweight and Excellent Wrist-Friendly Vertical Mouse. I’ve been using another model, the M513, but this MD280 model has a slightly wider grip compared to the M513. However, the M513 requires two batteries, while the MD280 uses USB Type-C for charging and doesn’t need batteries at all, making it very lightweight and excellent. Additionally, you can switch to a wired connection by plugging in a cable, allowing you to connect it to your computer. Since this vertical mouse is designed to be extremely lightweight, I think the MD280 is a great choice for those who prefer a slightly wider grip and have issues with batteries. For those who have been using a regular mouse and are experiencing wrist pain, I highly recommend this vertical mouse. It significantly reduces pain, and it’s much better than a regular mouse. From my experience using both models, I believe that women with smaller hands might prefer the M513 because it has a slightly thinner grip than the MD280. However, this is something you can get used to, and once you try the MD280, you’ll notice its overwhelming lightness. Compared to the M513, which has two batteries, the MD280 is much lighter since it doesn’t require batteries. This lightweight design could make a difference during prolonged use. For anyone who has never used a vertical mouse and is dealing with wrist pain from a regular mouse, or for those who are debating between a vertical mouse and a trackball, I recommend trying the vertical mouse. I used a vertical mouse for the first time this time, and I experienced no wrist pain at all. With a regular mouse, just clicking caused pain in my index finger, thumb, and wrist due to tendonitis, but with the vertical mouse, the pain was reduced to about 1/2, 1/3, or even 1/4. I’ve also used a trackball in the past, but that caused finger pain. However, the vertical mouse didn’t hurt as much as either a regular mouse or a trackball. The price is also very reasonable. Therefore, I highly recommend the vertical mouse.

I’ve used this style of mouse for the last 5 or so years and prefer it. This one seems a little thicker than other ones I’ve used so I’m not sure how comfortable you’d find it if you had small hands. Like: Easy connections and multiple ways to connect (however unfortunately it won’t connect to my work laptop no matter how much I try. No issues connecting to my personal computers or my other work computer though so not blaming this one on the mouse). Battery lasts for soooo long and you’re able to charge it while you use it. Don’t really have any dislikes. The scroll wheel might be a little touchy. Often when I’m scrolling, I’ll push the wheel down a bit and activate that other thing that lets you scroll by moving the mouse up/down/sideways. It really an issue though and I’m not taking any points off for it.
