This bed is very cute however, one of the light strips had a crushed plug so it doesn’t work and one of the side screw supports has been pushed through the fabric side so therefore does not catch the screw. I did complain about the light strip and have not received any communication as to the how the seller will deal with the problem. Wish I would not have bought this bed. Very poor customer service and cheaply made.

Beautiful bed, solid customer service.
Had a little hiccup with shipping, but it was resolved quickly and overall I’m pretty satisfied. Customer service was very responsive and professional, and the bed is so beautiful! Just like the pictures.
