Mixed feelings about this device. It certainly helps lift the mattress and makes it easier to make bed. Placing it under the mattress is not always easy though. Now I am older and that’s why I bought the device - hoping to save my back and be able to make bed. It does work as described and is lightweight. The device itself is great. Just thought it would be easier to use.Would recommend for others though and am glad I have it to use.

It did the job it supposed to do

It really works. I am almost 80 and it is very difficult to change the sheets on our King Size bed. This tool takes the strain off the back and does a neat job.

Way more trouble than it is worth. Have a very bad back and my whole life the simple task of making the bed has been a form of torture. Was hoping this would help. Uh... sadly, no. Not for me.

The wedge suits my needs. I'm able to insert it by myself. It doesn't lift very much, but it's enough to slip the sheet in somewhat without another person helping me.

I have struggled with our deep Temperpedic mattress especially as I have gotten older. Darn near impossible for me to change the sheets. I finally decided that I needed this, or at least to try it. Well, I have been so pleasantly surprised that this absolutely works for me without a lot of effort. I love it and am so happy I finally purchased it.

Buyer beware. The sales pitch for this product is well done. And the product itself is well made. But, it definitely did not make bed-making easier for this sturdy Senior citizen. If you don't have at least a 3 foot clearance between the end of the bed and a wall, you have to sit on the floor to use it to try to counteract the weight of the mattress. Then, there is a plea on an insert from the manufacturer included in the packaging that urges, if you need to return the product, NOT to choose "defective" as the reason for your return because of "landfill waste". So, I dutifully chose "no longer needed" as my reason for return. And now, Amazon is charging me $6.99 to return, via UPS, a product I can't use. I have no other return option, based on how I can get around. In baseball, that is called 3 strikes and you're out. The pitcher got me good.

After years of lifting, or trying to lift, the corners of memory foam mattresses on metal bed frames, I saw the bed lifter. I decided to try it— and it was great! It slid easily beneath the mattress and held it up each corner while I put on the sheets and blanket. I was even able to make square corners with ease. If you want to stop struggling with changing the bedding, this is the tool to use.
