Initial unboxing, assembly and first thoughts review. Assembly was simple and straightforward. Speaking as a welder and fabricator, it feels surprisingly solid and the parts themselves are well made. Provided hex cap machine screws thread nicely into high quality threaded rivet nuts. When all bolted together it's actually quite solid, the seat and back feel comfortable, the stitching on the faux leather is clean and solid, and the height adjustment is smooth and gives me the perfect range I need for working on projects at my crafting bench. I generally have a low opinion of these types of products as the component materials and welds tend to be thin, cheap and poorly done. Looks good, feels good, color me mildly impressed. I can almost guarantee that the amazonbasics version would fall far short of this particular item. My two cents for what it's worth.

I love this stool! It was relatively easy to assemble, taking maybe 20 minutes, with clear directions. All the parts were provided and they even threw in a couple of extra screws. At first, the seat looked like it had some permanent indentations in it. I took these pictures because I was afraid I'd have to reach out to the seller. However, by the next morning, the indentations were completely gone and it looks perfect! The cushion is soft and supportive at the same time. I appreciate how easy it is to adjust the height. It gets up nice and high which is great for someone of a shorter stature. I can get a better view of my craft projects now! It also rolls quite easily, although I don't use that feature since the room has carpet. It feels like it's going to last quite a long time and it was certainly worth the price! I'm a very pleased customer!

I ordered this for my office. It is very easy to assemble, it is really comfortable to sit in, and it looks really nice. It's sturdy and durable. I like that I can adjust the height of the seat, the backrest, and the height of the foot rest. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because the foot rest slides all the way down occasionally and I have to readjust it. Not sure why it does this? I would buy this chair again and would recommend.

Honestly didn’t expect to like this chair as much as I do. The box was hefty when it showed up (which usually means “ugh, assembly nightmare” 😅), but it actually came together super easily. Everything fit perfectly, the instructions made sense, and I had it ready to roll in maybe 15 minutes tops. It’s got that solid, well-built feel — no wobbling, no cheap plastic vibes. The seat’s soft but firm enough that you can sit for hours without feeling like you’re sinking. The foot ring’s a nice bonus too — makes it feel more like a real studio or drafting chair. Overall, feels way more premium than the price. Heavy in a good way, easy setup, smooth wheels, comfy seat — what more can you ask for? 10/10 would build again (though thankfully I don’t have to).

I have an unusually tall desk at home, so I need chairs to be higher than normal. I measured what I needed (30"), and this listing's seat height of up to 29.15" was close enough that I bought it. It was really easy to put together, and once assembled, it felt nice and sturdy. No wobbles or creaks. The cushion was thick and squishy, and it felt nice to sit in. At work, I sit in those expensive chairs they buy for the office, and this chair felt like comparable quality for a third of the price (with a simpler design). However, the seat height of the chair I got was just over 28" when fully raised, and when I sat on it, it sank down to closer to 26". If it helps for reference, I weight around 190 pounds. You'd think a difference of ~3 inches shouldn't matter for a seat height, but for a weird desk like mine, it unfortunately does. Fully raised, this chair was short enough that I was looking up at my computer when I tested it. I ended up returning it due to the seat height, but I still wanted to come leave it 5 stars - if I had a normal sized desk, this would be an excellent chair, and I would have happily kept it.

Whether for professional drawing or daily office work, this chair is a perfect fit, with excellent ergonomic design. The final product completely meets my expectations.

Received the stool today and was able to put it together myself! Directions were easy to follow and it didn’t take very long (I am not a person that likes to assemble things). I had a little bit of difficulty getting the wheels to snap in place, but other than that, it was smooth. The cushion seems very comfortable, but I haven’t sat on it for very long yet. I also had some assistance putting it together and they approved the final product!
