Small but powerful
Small but definitely not lacking in anything. Perfect for traveling or if you don’t want any bulky setup for your TV

No Netflix support
I ordered the Lemon TV Mini Smart TV Box because I saw a notice on my Vizio Smart TV that Netflix was no longer supported on that platform. I figured I'd use the Lemon TV to access Netflix instead. They even explicitly show Netflix in one of the photos on the product description page. Moreover, Netflix is preinstalled on the device. However, Netflix will not work on this device. Every time I click on Netflix, I just get an error message. There doesn't seem to be a way to get Netflix to work. I recognize that this is ultimately due to Netflix's lack of support for older Android OS's, but a smart TV box that can't run Netflix is not a viable product in my opinion. Given that you can get a Fire TV stick for $18 during Black Friday, I see no reason why anyone would want to pay $31.50 for this. All that said, the device is compact and seems to be of a decent quality. Setup was straightforward, and pairing the remote was easy. I guess if you don't need Netflix, this might be a good device for you.

SCAM, no instructions and needed parts not included
Not complete. No instructions. Does not work with You Tube TV, only you Tube video clips. Who wants to sit in front of a 60 inch tv screen to watch you tube videos? ATTENTION SELLER: Here's what happens when you list an item incorrectly and don't include instructions in the box! Package does not include 3A 5v power supply OR a long enough cord with USB C plug on both ends. (if your TV has a usb port on it that should work with the short cord provided tho) It will take 3 weeks by the time I receive all the needed parts that aren't included. By then the 30 day return window will have closed. Plus the voice command feature didn't work for me. It's a LEMON all right, TOO BAD I CAN'T RATE IT 0 STARS, BC I WOULD!

Not discoverable on the network
The device seems like normal android tv but it cannot be discovered in order to link to Google Home nor to cast to after many attempts including factory reset and different networks. I could find it with Bluetooth but that was it.

This tiny box packs a punch
This is my first AndroidTV box after only using a Fire Stick and Android phones. This box is tiny and plastic (only 34g/1.2oz), but feels durable enough for traveling. It’s silent with a large, passive heatsink inside and a vented slot above the rear ports so it only gets a bit warm during use. The BT remote is responsive and works without needing line of sight, but it didn’t come with the required 2 AAA batteries. The USB-C is properly implemented so you can run this on a USB-C charger without the included A-C cable. This is a basic Android TV box from China, being sold locally at a markup along with questionable software. The firmware that came on mine was 12.1.1.88 and after connecting to wifi it prompted an update to 12.1.1.127 (dated 27/11/2024) to “resolve an issue with Netflix”. That update took awhile...17 minutes to download, another 8 minutes to install and restart, then another 4 minutes to install 6 more unknowns. Even after the update, the software reports it has an Android security patch level dated February 5, 2022, so I have no faith in this box being secure. Netflix is installed and launches without errors, but I’m not a subscriber so I can’t test it further. After the updates, there’s 6.9GB available of the internal 16GB. I thought I would play videos on a USB drive with VLC but it has an issue. The menu loads all the thumbnails and plays x264 fine, but x265 videos are a blank screen with only audio. I tested with hardware decoding enabled and disabled with the same result. The built-in file browser plays all the videos fine (with lousy controls), so I know it’s VLC and not a hardware issue. I’m currently using Kodi to play the local videos and it works well.

Works for old double din head units
Initially I couldn't get the display to show on the head unit. Once I connected it to a tv and changed the resolution to the lowest setting which was 480p, I then connected it to the head unit through hdmi and the display showed on screen. I could then increase the resolution to match the head unit and it works great. Snappy controls, no input delay. I'm happy with this purchase.

Tiny Streaming Beast for the S95B
This thing is basically the size of a couple of crackers, but it handles 4K streaming way better than I expected for its size. I hooked it up to my Samsung S95B, and it’s a solid little backup for when I want to mess around with some apps that aren't on the native OS. For example, the dual-band WiFi is snappy enough that I haven't seen any buffering while casting content from my phone to the big screen. It’s super portable, so if I ever need to move my "tech cave" to another room, this is definitely the easiest piece to pack.
