I’ve purchased so many random supplements over the years and 99% of the time I feel no discernible difference after taking something for a month. This is one of the first products like this that I had to repurchase once I was done with the first bottle.The most notable difference for me is my blood sugar/hunger levels. I eat a fairly balanced diet and good amounts of food for my body. I would still wake up at 3 AM intensely hungry or sometimes the same would happen just as I was waking up in the morning. I felt dizzy and like I hadn’t eaten in days. It was the strangest thing. Even during the day, between meals I would start feeling intense hunger coming on in 2-3 hours after eating a satiating combo of foods for breakfast/lunch.I noticed that after starting to take 2 of these a day, I’ve stopped getting hungry in the middle of the night and my stomach feels calm/neutral when I wake up in the morning instead of uncomfortably hungry. And when I do get hungry it’s very gradual and not the intense plummet I used to experience. It actually took me a while to figure out what changed and I narrowed it down to these pills.Highly recommend if you’re experiencing similar symptoms!
