Just got the Eufy Omni C20 robot vacuum and mop, and seriously, it's a game-changer! The all-in-one station is a lifesaver – it auto-empties the dust, washes the mop pads, and even dries them, making it practically hands-free.The 7,000 Pa suction is legit, picking up everything on hard floors and even doing a decent job on carpets (plus, it lifts the mop for carpets, which is awesome!). It's super slim too, so it sneaks under furniture effortlessly. For what you get, the value is incredible for such a high-tech, low-maintenance cleaner. My floors have never been this consistently clean. Highly recommend if you want to ditch the daily vacuuming and mopping!

I really wasn't sure about this and whether i wanted another App driven gadget in the house and how much of a pain it would be to set it all up.How wrong I was! Honestly, set up was a breeze the Eufy did all the work, mapped the downstairs hallway, kitchen and toilet which is the area we have to hoover everyday due to it being the main areas of the house used and having a dog.We then named the rooms set up a cleaning schedule which is hoover every night while we are in bed and clean/mop the floors three days a week. Haven't touched it since (over two weeks now) apart from emptying dirty water and topping up the clean water tank. We did buy the Eufy cleaning solution as well which seems to work well and will last ages. Our hallway has rugs which it hoovers well and just mops around them. An added bonus is we can't even hear it when in bed.This is not going to get ingrained dirt out of the floor but the above schedule has ensured our floors are lovely and clean and to be honest the floor looks amazing.I cannot recommend this enough it really is a useful, time saving gadget.

I've owned the 30C for two months now and because we're indoors all the time for the current lockdown/pandemic, we decided to invest in a robot vacuum to keep on top of the increased dust/dirt. The Eufy RoboVac 30C received many excellent reviews on Amazon and other tech websites, so we ordered one and use it daily - sometimes twice a day, primarily in the kitchen. What I loved about the 30C was its powerful cleaning, stable WiFi connection and slick app (no spelling mistakes, no lag, doesn't crash).I was so impressed with the 30C that I decided to invest in their most advanced model Eufy recently released: the G30 Edge. Mainly because I knew it had the same height/form as the 30C, so it could fit under our low furniture. But mainly for its improved gyroscopic navigation. After using it for a few days now, the G30 Edge is far superior in its ability to clean more thoroughly by following a narrow 'S' shape pattern. Because it tracks where and where it hasn't been, it completes the cleaning job much faster and about the same amount of time each time. It also produces a live map and what hard edges e.g. walls/furniture it has discovered. As far as I'm aware, the G30 Edge only uses this data in real-time, meaning it won't use this information next time to improve it's subsequent cleaning jobs. This map is mainly to tell you if it has missed parts of your floor. When it has covered all possible areas, it will say it out-loud "Heading home." using it's built-in speaker and quietly navigates back to the charging dock. It is an American female voice by default and you can also change the voice to American male, German, Arabic and Chinese. There is also the option to adjust the volume from muted to 100%. It also speaks when it is about to commence cleaning e.g. when you've asked Google Assistant, Alexa or pressed the clean button on the G30 or via the app. I believe it will speak out-loud if it get stuck etc. But normally it will send a push-notification if that happens. However, Eufy has yet to enable such notifications to tell you when it's done cleaning. But with app and firmware updates this could be a feature they could add. On the note of firmware updates, two days ago I updated the 30C's firmware via the app in about 2mins and it navigates much better. Clearly, Eufy are always looking to improve their robotics - even if it's for mid-range models like the 30C. So I have high-hopes for the G30 in terms of future app/firmware updates to improve the overall performance and experience.Unlike the 30C, the G30 Edge does not include a physical remote control but the slick Eufy app has this function and also the ability to enable spot cleaning, scheduling and setting suction power (standard, turbo, max or BoostIQ auto). My best guess to why Eufy did not include a physical remote control was because of the G30's enhanced ability to not miss areas of your floor. And I really think this is true; I've not once wanted to use the remote control functions on the app, because I know the G30 will cover my entire floor. On top of the G30 has a "spot clean" button anyway, so if you just want to focus on one area, it will move in a spiral (from centre to outwards) - good for busy areas like the centre of the room. Tip for iOS users (maybe Android, too?): you can add the Eufy widget to your home screen, so if you swipe right, you can access your devices (and more than one) to press Clean or Re-charge. This of course works over cellular or WiFi. Perfect if you're away from home but want to come back to clean floors. Either way, you can also access the app the same way on the go, too, or set a 7-day or specific day 24hr schedule.Other downsides to the G30 is that because it does not use laser navigation, or the more advanced forms of robotic navigation found on Neato, Roborock or Dyson robots, you can't set virtual boundaries on the map. However you can use the included magnetic tape that's included in the box. The regular G30 model doesn't include edge tape, hence the slight price increase for the G30 Edge. But as I mentioned above, my primary choices behind choosing the G30 Edge was the quieter noise-output (Neato robots rattle a lot!), slimmer form-factor and the much-improved navigation. Bump and go navigation (30C) works fine in most homes, especially smaller rooms and apartments. However, knowing I can leave the G30 alone and come back to 100% clean floors is priceless. The 30C is still used everyday in our kitchen, however, the 30C needs more baby-sitting and remote control intervention to ensure it does a good job. The G30 is truly more self-reliant - much like a cat.I just want to also point out that this is not a paid review, nor is it sponsored. I'm a recent Eufy convert and have been so impressed with their robotics thus far. Especially that they're providing a similar, if not, better product experience than its competitors for a lower price-point. So as a closing point, I would choose the 30C as a more budget-friendly option and for smaller spaces. But if you want cleaner floors in a smaller time-frame, opt for the G30 - you won't be disappointed. I would have given it five stars if the map data was used to improve subsequent cleans, but Eufy could enable this in the future. Otherwise, the G30 is an incredible robot vacuum for the price and I will continue investing in their products for years to come.

Ok I've had this eufy about 3 weeks now so I feel fairly confident in writing about it's good and bad points. We live in a 2 up 2 down terraced house so not huge but reasonably big rooms.***Update April 2025***So I've had eufy a while now and thought I'd give people more info on a couple of situations we've had.A couple weeks ago I got a notification saying the brush wheel was stuck on something (it's on while I'm out of the house in the morning) I got back and found it had hoovered up a tie, my children so lovingly left on the kitchen door handle, I thought it was going to be a pain to get out because it was wrapped in there good but no after a couple of unclips from the brush bar underneath it just fell out, was clipped back into place then happy.I then got another notification asking me to check the dustbin compartment for clogs, I reckon this was an after check from above, but I was surprised when I unclipped the dustbin (under the giant circle on top) and lifted out the filter there was no box to argue with it was just empty space so had it actually been clogged it would be so easy to unclog it!I also got my first notification to empty the dust bag today (I was surprised it really did do the 60days in our house - maybe a little over) so I got excited about testing out the hoover method - this did not work for me, the hoover nozzle was too big to fit in and even when I got it snuggly over the hole the cat fur kept clogging the hole.However I did manage to manually empty it by tipping it upside down over the bin and guiding all the fur out - and I'm so glad I did.First of all it didn't take long, maybe 5-10 minutes and secondly it had hoovered up sooo much it shouldn't have. I thought I was pretty good at clearing the floor before going to school so imagine my surprise when emptying the bag I found 4 hair clips, £2.20 in change and a fiver! No idea where eufy found these but had I thrown the bag away as intended I would literally be throwing money away 😅 just something to think about....I then popped it back in and reset the bag on the app and so far seems to be working fine.I still stand by my initial review eufy is amazing and so far we've had no troubles that require customer service and it's even getting used to being on the carpet, I haven't had to nudge it in for a few weeks now ☺️I will update further if I find out any other useful info.****Original review***Ok I've had this eufy about 3 weeks now so I feel fairly confident in writing about it's good and bad points. We live in a 2 up 2 down terraced house so not huge but reasonably big rooms.It hoovers amazingly, it's quieter than most robot hoovers, it even has a do not disturb schedule so when it emptys it won't wake you as that's a bit loud - but it has to be to suck all the rubbish out and only last 30secs or so. It picks up cat biscuits cat litter, crumbs and alot of fur.The mopping is good, we hate mopping kitchen it's alot of work with 3 cats and 2 kids so this was the main reason we bought it and after 2 months of not mopping kitchen I wasn't expecting much from this little guy - but too my surprise mopping once a day for 3 weeks has gradually cleaned the kitchen. Even the dried on sauce/gravy stains have been picked up and cleaned so I'm very impressed - just don't expect it to do it all in one go - it likes to chip away at it each time. We only use water btw we didn't bother with cleaning fluid.It maps quite well although there are a few areas it misses (for some reason there's a corner in the kitchen it refuses to do - this is where the cats eat so quite frustrating as that area needs doing every day but tbf I'd look at that area and say no thank you as well 😅)The scheduling works with or without the internet - we have the internet set to turn off at 8:30 am on school days so the kids know when it's time for school and this little guy is scheduled to clean at 8:35 even if I forget to turn the internet back on it's still cleaned by the time I get back from school).The dust bag must hold alot because our house is terrible for cat biscuits/cat food/cat fur/biscuits crumbs etc and after 21 days it still says it's got 1114 hours remaining - I've not tried manualling hoovering the bag to empty yet but I will once it's full and update to let you know how it goes.I've uploaded pictures from it's clean this morning so you can see how it does and the remaining accessory times after 21 days of cleaning once a day.The only problem I have with eufy is the corner in kitchen it refuses to do and returning to its base - although this one could be our fault we have it on a thick pile carpet in hallway but it's the only place we have for it and a little nudge in when it needs to clean the mop pads and it's happy again, after the initial morning nudge it seems to be fine returning to base so I think the carpet probably gets in the way but we don't mind giving it a helping hand, after all it does so much for us 😊Haven't tried the multi map yet - this is something I'll try soon and update.TLDR: we haven't had to hoover downstairs since we got eufy or mop/sweep the kitchen floor - except the one corner it quite rightly refuses to do - and dustbag still not full after 21 days at once a day cleaning 😊 after doing downstairs on maximum suction, high water and 2x cleaning for each room battery is around 52% when finished.Oh and water light turns red if it needs topping up, but even this doesn't stop eufy it'll still clean just won't mop.
