I have photosensitivity from BP medication. I suffer from hives and skin irritation from prolonged time in the sun. This product has helped a lot with way my skin feels, which is normal. It has helped to reduce the heat and reaction to the sun. I still wear UV sleeves and protection while playing golf, but for sure I am better.I hope this will reset the reaction to the medication over time.

Been taking for several months and find it very helpful for my autoimmune disease that makes me sensitive to UV. It has helped control my rash response, itching and bumps. I do take it with food as I have a sensitive GI system and taking this on an empty stomach caused some discomfort. I would recommend it in hopes others could also benefit.

Absolutely incredible! I used to burn so easily & now I can get sun exposure without turning even a little pink. I’m hopeful this will improve my recurrent basal cell carcinomas as well. 🤞🏼

I’ve the years I’ve developed sensitivity to the sun and heat and I will get an itchy, blotchy rash/hive situation on the top of my arms near my elbows and the inside of my knees. It’s weird and awful and uncomfortable.I ordered these before a recent 10 day trip to Hawaii in the hopes this time I’d be able to enjoy the sun. I started taking them a few days before I left and added them to my supplement lineup religiously and wow wow! They really helped! While I did get the dreaded rash by day 8, it didn’t start until near the end of the trip which for me is huge!So, I think it’s worth it and will be taking these with me now on all future sun forward trips! If I could do 4.5 stars I would.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This pills were recommended to me by a skin Dr and boy I can tell you they are the best. I used to get 3rd degree burns just by walking even when wearing 100 % cover suntan lotion. After a few weeks, no side effects and the issue has decrease immensely and I don't have to worry . Just using the cream as long as I continue taking them my skin is well.. This save my skin from squamous cell since I'm allergic to the sun. Note ,after yrs I found out NOT TO TAKE Naprosyn if you have problems with the sun, it will make you burn faster. Now no meds just the cream and the pills. It's like my miracle pill. Works as intended and worth every penny.

I can’t say it replaces sunscreen, but as a supplement to my routine, it definitely feels like a helpful extra layer. So far, I’m happy with it and will keep using it through the summer.

If you suffer from melasma and use multiple products to help keep it under control, you know how difficult it is to say one thing or another really works because it’s often a multi pronged system. So that’s my caveat to this review. That being said, I have had to cut off the hydroquinone, I also cut off the cisteamine and I feared and prepared for the worst. Would you believe it, but my melasma has never been better. It’s nearly gone, 5 years of harsh chemicals to barely keep it at bay and once I stopped everything except for this little pill and some vitamin C stuff from La Roche b3 serum. I think it’s kinda magical! Look, I've been taking these for a few months now (maybe 3?) and would say the improvement must have been gradual and I didn’t really notice it until recently when I took a long hard look and my sunstache is practically gone! Every other brown patch is faded! Trust the process, give it a few months before coming up a conclusion and DUMP those harsh chemicals! Good luck ladies
