I have been using this for approximately 3 weeks. I thought I would try it for hair loss. It’s too soon to see if it works for hair but I have noticed my skin looks more smooth and hydrated. I will keep using this to see if there is a difference in my hair.

The pills are very large. They are not the smooth capsule, so it makes it hard to swallow.
