I find that taking beet root capsules has been very effective with stabilizing my blood pressure and helping with my bathroom trips, so to speak. But I have to do a lot of research to make sure that there is enough beet root in the product I choose. I have tried a few different ones, but this one seems to be the best so far. And to top it off, I only have to take 2 capsules instead of the normal 3, which is a blessing being 1 less pill to take and that the bottle will last longer. They are easy to swallow and they are made of natural ingredients. Hopefully these will work out for me the longer I take them, but for now, so far, so good!!

I initially always prepare beet Root by cooking them but l have no time to do it, therefore, l found this beet roots with include all other herbal Root that help for lower blood pressure.I started 5 days ago, my blood pressure still slightly high, l will give it a try for more weeks or months. I do hope it will help lower my blood pressure, despite l am taking blood pressure medication for a maintenance dose. For now it is too early to give my comments.
