This book and chart for chair yoga is amazing! I am a senior and love doing this because it makes me more able to move around easily and reduces the danger of clumsiness and potentially falling. I also love it because it helps strengthen my breathing and regulates and improved cardiac and blood pressure. The workouts are easy and I immediately could feel I was stronger and more stable!!

This book is well written & has easy to follow exercises (w/ pictures), 28 day challenge, & video link to all exercises.Although the title doesn't specifically state, the book is easy for 70+ seniors. Author Bonus is a plus

Just getting started
This book is so easy to follow. Each exercise is explained with pictures and text and is easily understood. Not only does it give you a wide variety of exercises it also provides a workout schedule incorporating all of them to give the most benefit. The free bonuses are just icing on the cake. I can’t wait to start my 28 day challenge.

Practical, clear instructions
Practical and clear instructions for all the yoga exercises are included in this easy to use book. The large print makes it easy to see while doing the exercises until you learn them all. Morning and evening routines and the 28 day challenge are also very well written. I would recommend this to anyone wishing to start a routine they can sustain.

Easy and Quick, Yet Still Effective
I have been following the workouts for a week and already feel my muscles getting stronger. The exercises are simple yet effective. The descriptions and illustrations are easy to understand and follow. I really like getting a good workout that is yielding results in just a few minutes a day, without having to spend long periods time exercising in my busy days. Since I have a vestibular disorder that causes imbalance issues, I also appreciate that the exercises are performed sitting or using a chair for support and balance.

Easy to Understand
Descriptions are easy to understand. Being able to print the 28 day routine was very helpful. The illustrations are well done and if you have any questions the referral to the exact exercise in the book is also very helpful. I am into my third week and can feel the difference the program is making.

Chair Yoga for Weight Loss
I found the link to the videos and did the first session. Oh my! I didn't realize my body was doing stiff! Video much easier than trying to learn from printed descriptions. Plus helps you progress thru each sequence so you could keep mind on posture etc without counting or timing each movement. I'm just starting yoga and so much to learn. Im sure I will improve with that me. Sorry but I'm just a senior retired woman excited about her new adventure.So far I highly recommend this program. Exercises, routines, information for any age.
