Not very secure.
The chrome coating looks like it would come off as soon as you try to tighten them. More importantly, these aren’t true locking bolts. Anyone could easily take a 5 point wrench with the right size and open them without the key. Not very secure. Although they are cheap so if you pay cheap you get cheap.
