WJ936 Anti-Slip Insert, Granite, 1000x0.6x0.4 cm

I was a little concerned by some reviews which stated that the strips were “brittle” and snapped easily. I can only assume that their products were defective as the one I received was very flexible, somewhat stretchy and cut easily with scissors. The tube of adhesion was plenty for the full 20m. I can’t comment on the durability but so far very happy with the product.

These are really easy to install.Was a little put off with the negative reviews but had 2 boxes of these and yes most are not perfectly straight but straighten easily and non snapped like everyone else has said. Maybe they were cold as I installed mine on a warm day.Easy to trim to size via a knife or snips.Overall I'd definitely buy them again.

A number of strips were warped and twisted making them unusable

I have used this product before so when I saw it advertised I did not hesitate in ordering it. However, when I removed the strips from the box I saw that they were all twisted and misshapen. When I tried to fit them to the slots in the decking they either would not fit in the slots, would not adapt to the slots in the decking and/or snapped as they were brittle. I have reordered in a hope that the next batch will be of a better quality. Time will tell.Second order still the same this product is pants. Nothing heard from the makers which makes me think they know they have a problem. If that's the case shame on them.

I initially use the adhesive in the kit to stick the grips down. But after a prolonged period of rain they all lifted up so I’ve used industrial staples to hold them down. Not withstanding that problem, throughout the frosts we’ve encountered recently they have performed brilliantly and prevented slipping.

Perfect for our decking next to our boat which was extremely slippery. It laid easily - even if damp or rainy! - plenty of glue - nothing was curly or brittle - rather it was rubbery and very very easy to lay. It’s fantastic value for money.

As others have said, most of the strips were delivered warped, bent & twisted. Because they were so misshapen I had to hold the strips in place with a plank and some weights while the glue dried, so I could only fix a few strips at a time. And within a couple of months all the inserts I used on a slope have come out. A total waste of several hours and £££.
