The 32bit float internal recording gives you flexibility in postproduction, especially when dealing with fluctuating audio levels. You don’t have to worry about clipping, which is a huge relief. The 32GB of built in memory is also super convenient. It means you can record long sessions without needing to constantly check your storage or swap out cards. The 200m range is impressive as well. I have the freedom to move around without worrying about losing the signal. The super cardioid pattern does a great job at isolating my voice from background noise, even in crowded or noisy environments. I really like the build quality. It feels solid and durable, which is perfect if you’re shooting in the field or on location. It’s also really easy to set up as you ust plug and play, no complicated settings. In the box is a nice soft storage case with 2 compartments for storing all the items inside. Inside is the storage case first compartment is the VM40 shotgun microphone, the receiver for connection to your camera or smartphone, a shock mount, a boom pole adapter. In the second compartment are the accessories such as the USB cables for connectivity, threading adapters and a foam and fluffy microphone cap. The microphone itself is a surprisingly light weight design and feels really premium. There are a additional extras on it in the form of a LCD screen and 2 buttons of which one turns it on and off and a record button. On the side of the microphone is 3.5mm audio connection and a USB-C connector. On the end of the microphone is the gain filer which rotates from 1 - 10. There many extra features which the manual goes into a lot of detail and it is extremely worth while reading it to get the most out of the microphone. Inside the microphone is a storage capacity of 32GB which will record all of your files onto. To access any of these files you have to attach it to your pc and hold both buttons on the microphone to change it into copy mode. With this storage it should give you about 40 hours of 32bit flow recording. When recording the microphone records in a 48Khz 32bit flow internally which makes a fantastic recording of a much high dynamic range of your audio giving you perfect feedback. The battery in the microphone should give you about 10 hours of wireless usage. The receiver is made of plastic with an LCD display with 3 buttons to control all your settings. This microphone makes a fantastic edition for recording sound on your camera or whilst streaming and there are so many settings that I just cant cover all of them in this review. The audio quality of this microphone when recording is sublime with pitch perfect reproduction and being able to take the microphone and use on the go without it connected to anything is a game changer with 32bit flow. I feel Comica have made maximum effort with this microphone and produced a product that exceeds expectations and I thoroughly recommend it.

First off the mic comes in a handy storage case, the main componets are stored in cut out foam, and theres another compartment for accessories such as cables and mic filters. I'm new to these types of mics but was recommended the brand from a friend, The main use for the mic for me was for recording presentations and after following the instructions carefully (and a few guides), it worked fantastically. It was a bit fiddly getting the recording, as it is stored on the mic internal memory (32gb), but I'm sure after using it for a while it will become easier. The audio quality was spot on for what I needed, it picked up all the different levels of speech flawlessly. The battery life wasn't an issue for me, I recorded a few hours of audio without any problems. If you're in the market for a shotgun mic for streaming/presentations/interviews then I can throughly recommend this!

This product comes inside of a cardboard box; once opened, you'll find a very fancy carrying case; inside, you'll see the microphone itself, three wires, a fluffy windshield, a foam windshield and a receiver. as off reviewing this product, it is priced at £239.00 - I definitely believe this is of-value, the product has such amazing audio quality. The product is straightforward to use; you can attach it to a camera using one of the wires, use the microphone wireless or connect it to a PC; they all are straightforward and intuitive to use, with the amazing quality of audio that comes with it. I would definitely recommend this product.

Ce micro est absolument incroyable ! la qualité du son est très bonne ! le micro s'éteint et s'allume automatiquement lorsque il est branché ou non à une source (ordinateurs, caméra etc.). J'avais le Mictrak M3 juste avant (qui est très nul) et avec le Comica il n'y a pas photo ! C''st un produit parfait ! Merci encore !

The microphone is great! Super sound, good range and great noise reduction! This is an excellent combination of directional microphone and wireless system. It's a great idea by the manufacturer who added the option of 32 bit internal recording. I don't know if there is a product like this on the market. Battery life is 10 hours on wireless, and wired even longer. In the package (nice stuffed bag) you will find everything you need and you don't have to buy anything extra. Even a dead cat windproof. Definitely recommend for one man productions like me.

Ho avuto modo di testare questo microfono per alcune settimane, e posso dire con certezza che si tratta di un prodotto che merita molta attenzione, soprattutto per chi cerca un microfono versatile, di buona qualità e con funzionalità semi-professionali. Ecco una panoramica dettagliata della mia esperienza: La qualità audio è, senza dubbio, uno dei suoi punti di forza. Il suono è chiaro, naturale e privo di distorsioni, anche in ambienti non perfettamente silenziosi. Grazie al microfono a condensatore e alla buona gestione della riduzione del rumore, anche in contesti con una leggera interferenza, il risultato finale rimane comunque professionale, ho provato con un phon direzionato e ha fatto buoni tagli di frequenze. Il microfono cattura la voce in modo preciso, con una resa bilanciata che fa sì che il suono sia sempre cristallino, senza eccessivi alti o bassi. Un'altra caratteristica molto interessante è la possibilità di usarlo sia in modalità wireless che cablata. Questo lo rende estremamente versatile e adatto a diverse situazioni. La prima è ideale per chi ha bisogno di muoversi liberamente durante la registrazione, per esempio per interviste in movimento o riprese video dinamiche. La connessione wireless è stabile e, durante i miei test, non ho notato problemi di latenza o interferenze. La portata è adeguata alla maggior parte degli usi, anche in spazi più ampi. In modalità Cablata quando la connessione wireless non è necessaria o per garantirsi una qualità audio ancora più stabile, il microfono può essere utilizzato tramite il classico cavo da 3,5 mm. In questa modalità, non ho riscontrato alcuna perdita di qualità del suono, quindi è una buona opzione per chi cerca affidabilità assoluta. Un altro aspetto innovativo è la possibilità di connetterlo a uno smartphone tramite un'app dedicata. L'app è ben progettata e permette di controllare diverse impostazioni audio, come la sensibilità del microfono, il guadagno e la gestione del rumore. È possibile monitorare e modificare le impostazioni in tempo reale, il che è davvero utile per chi registra video o podcast dal proprio telefono. Il microfono inoltre ha un design compatto e robusto. La qualità dei materiali è buona, con una costruzione che dà una sensazione di solidità senza essere troppo pesante o ingombrante. È un microfono che si trasporta facilmente, anche nella borsa di un fotografo o videomaker, e non occupa troppo spazio.
