Will it take Olympic size dumbbell handles ?

Yes, the Kettle Gryp will fit as long as the handle diameter is less than 39 mm (1.5 inches). The standard Olympic bar diameter is 28 mm (1.1 inches). Does this work with bowflex dial tech adjustable DB’s

Yes! The Kettle Gryp works with the BowFlex SelectTech 552 and 1090 adjustable dumbbells. The handle on the BowFlex dumbbells is a bit large but the foam inserts on the Kettle Gryp will compress enough to allow the Kettle Gryp latch to close. Once the Kettle Gryp latch is fully closed… start your work out! Please note the Kettle Gryp is rated up to 55 pounds.
