Solved unique problem
Used this item to create an easy access to water heater valves and pump in an RV. Works great, and saves a lot of time not having to remove five screws and a large panel every time there is a need to access that area.

Great make sure to clean the latch at least twice a year
Great. Qaulity my have yet to fade after 1 year of use. They are still white. Also I recommend to take apart the latch and clean it with soap and maybe add a little marine grease. Because over time dirt and rocks like to build up in there and wont be as smooth and can crack the plastic
