I have tried many of these back supports on Amazon and this one is the best one I have ever bought. It gives great lower back support and helps relieve the pain it is comfortable and easy to wear for long periods of time. I did have to get a bigger size than what I thought I needed so I think it runs small. The quality is excellent and it has increased my mobility because of its wonderful support.

Just buy it.It'll be the best back brace you have ever worn.I herniated 2 discs years ago and my back has never been pain free since.This brace has relieved an incredible amount of discomfort, while being comfortable to wear.The supplied lumbar support is great. Not the cheesy little foam pad like others supply.Lastly, you'll be amazed at how easy it is to tighten the the side adjustment straps, as tight as you may want.

Well made except doesn't have the staying power velcro I've been accustomed to. The outer straps do hold in place well. Hope it lasts years as previous one I had.

I have had fairly moderate back pain these past few days and was looking for a brace that would help me get through my days without making the problem worse. I ordered this brace and as soon as it arrived last night, the instant support and deep tissue pads were already working their magic on my low back. Within minutes I could feel the pain start to relieve, and within a few hours I had no pain at all and could move normally without fear of throwing my back out or worse. I woke up this morning and was able to go to the gym and do my cardio, and lift weights with no pain.The one downside is that you definitely need to measure not your waist, but your belly button area or the brace will be a little tight depending on the size you ordered. Personally, I do wish that the massage pad hit this one spot on my tailbone that was sore, but overall I recommend this to anybody looking for a back brace of any kind, for any reason.

When I tell you I have tried a lot of different braces, believe me it has been a lot of braces. I have found and kept a few that work and sent back more than I can count. This brace is probably the best quality brace I have ever seen. It instantly feels good when you put it on without being so restrictive. You would easily be able to wear it all day. The little cushion in the back is almost like a lumbar pillow and it straightens your posture up without you even realizing. It just feels good and you have instant relief. The materials used are excellent quality and the stitching and workmanship is perfect. I also saw on the paperwork that it comes with a 12-month warranty. I followed the sizing and felt I was closest to the medium, I could probably also easily wear the small. So my suggestion is not to add or round up when it comes to sizing. My 19-year-old son actually just took this from me. He does deliveries and is an athlete and struggles with back pain and his posture. He said it instantly felt better and he will wear it for protection when delivering. We both also noticed the second he put it on he was standing taller and his shoulders seem to be back more. Also when you put it on, kind of angle the front cross over part. If you put them straight across it does not fit as well and is not as comfortable. I think this is also explained in the directions if you look at them. My son of course did not lol. Most definitely worth every penny and I highly suggest buying this instead of trying many others and wasting your money.

Wow..... I hoped this would help with my Sciatica. I put it on and now I can comfortably sit in my chair..... and walk without my leg/butt screaming at me. I really didn't expect this. I was only hoping for something that would "kinda" help.Sold‼️

Excellent customer service . Looks like it would work, for my lower back support . But I one of plastic rings that hold one of the straps (on left side) were broken and replaced with zip ties .. left sharp zip ties and sticking out and I scratched my left chick and arm (to blood) . So I returned . 3 stars and not 1 because delivered fast, returned fast, and I tried 3 different brands from different sellers , this one was gave support I needed . So I will order again .

i love it ; it feels more comfortable than my last one. Easy and very adjustable and hold up better. easy to manuever at work too. Defineatly recomend.
