Well made work great

They are not rubber. Hard plastic wheels. Pop can metal. Hollow rivet hub.

These are non-swivel casters; however, they’re maneuverable enough to easily allow my coffee table to make turns on an area rug. I especially like the narrow, sturdy mounting brackets. I really like these, but should remove a half-star for the lack of washers on the axels. You be the judge.

These wheels are smaller than the Amazon pictures would make you think, so keep that in mind or measure first to ensure they suit your needs. I wasn't overly impressed with the set...one looked a little "dirty" like the metal coating wasn't quite applied right, but they should hold up to lighter work. I also don't like that the nut isn't a lock nut...I could easily see it coming loose with repeated use. The wheels do seem to roll smoothly though, but I could see the issue mentioned by another reviewer where the threads may damage the wheels over time.
