- Holy Grass (old name hierochloe borealis/ordorata new name Anthoxanthum nitens) was used for basket weaving and on church floor to give a sweet vanilla smell when walked over.
- Brought to you from the makers of Rock Rose gin, they use Highland apples and their juice to complement the Holy Grass taste. Combined and used in vapour infusion to create the unique taste.
- Preferred serve with Fever Tree Sicilian Lemonade and fresh mint.
