Good supplement
These tablets have helped me with hormone balancing and pcos symptoms. They don't have a bad taste and only need to take 2 a day. They are large tablets but they are smaller than my usual brand so I was pleased

Good so far
I have purchased these for my daughter who suffers with pcos & is currently pregnant, very early to tell what they are like so far but since starting them three weeks ago she does feel a little less tired, they are good value for money & I myself use various nutravita products & they are always high quality & effective, she doesnt have a problem with the size as she swallows them with some food

Hopeful!
Myo-inositol apparently helps with hormone regulation, mood, sleep, and metabolic imbalance (blood sugar, cholesterol etc). It’s too soon to see if they make any difference, particularly at this strength (hence the four stars instead of five) but I’m hopeful. The tablets are easy to swallow and you get three months’ supply, so they seem to be good value.

Great value for money but takes time to work
I have been using this for a week now and I haven’t noticed any significant differences yet. It does take some time to see results. However I have noticed that I’m sleeping is a little better and I have a bit more energy during the day.It’s very good value for money as you get a 90 day supply. The bottle is sturdy and airtight.The pills are slightly on the bigger side which means it takes a bit of effort to swallow and they do tend to touch your throat on the way down! If you’re not a huge fan of pills this might be something that will put you off!
