The product has the most pathetic packaging where the cap of the bottle is so difficult to open. I have now tried multiple bottles of the same product and all of them have the same issue

It's pretty decent, I have fibromyalgia and usually my muscles keep quite stiff. I take two tablets and it helps me relax and sleep fast. Also it helps with constipation as well I assume.
