There is a process with this and you can go to salon to do it or do it better at home. This will take you at least 3 hours or more to do it right. Step 1 wash hair with clarifying shampoo at least 3 times or no sulfur high quality shampoo, I use olaplex clarifying shampoo and or olaplex shampoo. I washed mine before bed night before and again in morning. Step two dry almost dry and straight frizzy. Step three is section hair then start at neck and back of hair place product and comb with a small tooth plastic comb after place then move next area and comb over last area again. You will comb hair straight a thousand times. I center parted hair and let long bangs to chin to keep everything semetrical and straight. I kept on hair 1 hour and 30 minutes and will not do this again for 4-6 months. My hair is wavy frizzy bleach blonde with low lights and gray . After just rinsing my hair and combing out in shower for at least 30 minutes to assure all product is out. I dried hair on cool setting with dryer and let air dry a bit while constantly combing or brushing straight. Do not add any products. I then used straightening iron on hair not super hot just enough to straighten. Still no products. You can not wash hair for 3 days and just lightly straight iron hair when needed over the 3 days. Do not use any clips or hair ties for three days either, keep it straight. After three full days use high quality hair products I recommend olaplex yes it’s expensive to start out at first, try a kit then but larger bottles each pay check. Go to their website page sign up email deals. This will save you money in long run less damage less cuts less hair trips to the hair stylist.

I waited a few months before reviewing this to see how it would last. I love it! I don’t have naturally curly hair, so my goal wasn’t to use it as a straightener. Rather, it makes my hair strong, shiny, tangle-free, and young-looking! Follow the instructions. It takes several hours, but the results are lasting. I will be doing this 4 times per year, so it’s very affordable: you can smell the product a bit when your hair is wet, but that’s ok with me. It lets me know that the product is still in there working and keeping my hair strands sealed. The scent is like burned coconut. This reduces the appearance of damage and split ends. I highly recommend you try it. If it comes with the optional mask to use after you straighten your hair, throw the mask away. Do not use it. My first order came with the mask, and my second order did not. Trust me—don’t use that mask. It basically glued my hair together, and I had to start over. I suspect any negative reviews on here are from people who used the mask and are not negative reviews of the keratin treatment itself.

I followed directions to the T, didn’t wash for 3 days. Sadly after washed out there was no change in my hair. Disappointed after the cost and time and effort spent on it.

Let me start by saying that my natural hair is pretty much a huge ball of frizz, curls, and the beautiful look of a clown. I normally do the Brazilian treatment that is not allowed in here, so when I go visit home I do it there. I was not sure what to expect, but I was pleased with the immediate result. It has been a week since I did it. I am sorry for not having a photo of before, but I hope you can imagine with the description above. As soon as I finished, of course, SUPER STRAIGHT, some nice shinniness, and ZERO freeze. I will show the photo after I washed, and let it dry by itself, and then another day with I swear only 5 minutes of straightener. Not sure how long ot would last, but for me that I would only have a ponytail because I didn't want to do so much damage to my hair doing the iron every day, if it last a month....totally worthy! I will do an update in a month, and so on. The only reason I bought this was for the reviews, so I truly believe is very important to share the truth with the community. My hair is SUPER thin, and gets straight very easily. However, living in Florida, it makes it extremely freeze as soon as I open the door! UPDATE AFTER 2 MONTHS: Even though the freeze didn't come back, my hair is very curly and I love straight hair, so I did it again yesterday. Looks better than the first time! I ABSOLUTELY recommend this....my hair looks healthier and super shiny.

I was skeptical when I was inquiring this. I mean. A $200-300 brazilian blow out at best at the salon. And I was informed of California removing the product from the state due to the toxic chemicals. Here's the thing. My hair tends to get feral, where I give up and wear baseball caps and hair bands and keep it long enough to tie it back. My baby hairs with all my new white hairs(the white hairs are soooooooooo hard to manage), are all front and center. I feel like it gets so wiry. I bought this and when it came I though, this is quite small .....right? It's the size of my palm.....but then I applied to my hair as instructed. For having medium long and super thick hair i thought i was going through the entire bottle in one taking. I bought this 01/08/25 and it is now 03/04/25. My hair will air dry with waves and be somewhat crazy, but honestly, I think I can go another month before doing the application process again. My hair is super soft, andI think its been a few months since my last hair cut. But it's so nice. and It's not wirey at this time. Soooooo I'll 100% buy again and continue to use this product.

My hair is naturally curly and with the humidity that we have this product really helped with the frizz. I normally pay $$$ to have my hair straightened but with this product I can do it myself. Also my hair is very thick and past my shoulders so I was pleasantly surprised that there is enough for two treatments.
