Truvani has changed the game for protein bars. I've eaten bars in the last, because of its convenient and a quick and easy way to get some extra protein in my diet; however, I did not always love the texture. Truvani has made me change my mind about the way I feel about these bars. The texture is good and not as gritty as other companies. I have tried a few of Truvani's flavors, but once o tried cookie dough, this one was it for me. I feel like I am having a treat!

I'm very impressed with this brand (Truvani), and the snack bars are a delicious, clean, guilt-free treat. I just ordered another flavor to try, as well. Look at the ingredients list and you'll be convinced to give them a try. I will try additional flavors and subscribe to those that my family likes most. I definitely recommend these!

The ingredients are listed on the bar packages: Organic cashews, organic dates, organic almonds, organic almonds, organic semisweet chocolate (organic chocolate organic coconut sugar, organic coca but), organic maple syrup, organic bourbon vanilla powder, sea salt. So the claims about what it doesn’t contain are accurate. The dominant flavor is date, with a weaker chocolate flavor. So, as a result, it really doesn’t taste like chocolate cookie dough, it tastes like fruitcake. So if you’re looking for a preservative free, dairy free, soy free, corn syrup free, gluten free snack, you’ve found it. They should just rename the flavor. Also note that at the current price, each bar is $3.00.

These bars are so tasty.

Ok, these bars are DELICIOUS. They are so decadent and moist and I feel like I am giving myself a treat whenever I have one. I stashed these in my hospital bag when I went to go have my baby daughter and they were the perfect pick-me-up for when I needed something healthy, nutritious, filling, and a little luxurious. They are not too sweet and they don't have any strange ingredients or aftertaste -- I feel confident eating these knowing they are clean. I love that they are plant-based and organic. I wish I could buy Costco-sized boxes of these bars. I definitely recommend these.
