I bought this for my 9 year old son to play WWE. He is not in any martial arts programs, so I can't say if this is great for training for those. But, it is great for his needs. He was using his little brother as an opponent and was getting a little too rough; now that he has a dummy, he can practice all of John Cena's moves safely. The dummy seems very well made and it was easy to stuff with clothes the kids had grown out of. For the price, I am very pleased.

My Husband and I bought this for our daughters first birthday! My Husband use to wrestle and wants to teach our daughter. This grappling dummy is made very well and was not too bad to stuff. We used an old crib mattress to stuff this, so we didn't have the extra cost of buying stuffing. If you have to do that, it maybe will bring up the cost. We are happy with this purchase and I would recommend this product.

I purchased this for my 5 year-olds birthday. He just loves wrestling so much he was doing moves on me like the cohina clutch and the rko lol i was tired of being the dummy. When it came in i had to stuff it my self wit paper it took forever but after i was done and gave it to him to play with he just loved it. He was doing all sorts of crazy moves on it. Jumping off the sofa with an elbow drop. He has tons of fun so its definately a great buy for the ones who love wwe or ufc ect. He wants a blue one to so ill probably get another one eventually.

My son is 6 and is a yellow belt in Judo. We decided to purchase a dummy for him to practice at home. He uses it daily for his throws. I stuffed it with clearanced memory foam material I got at Michaels (used 3 large bags) - it's perfectly heavy and bulky to do its job and keep him interested in practicing between classes.

1. For throwing, the size would work to 5 years of age. My 7 year old could not execute throws in a manner consistent with what I was looking for due to it being so short.2. Execution of arm locks would work past five. The leg locks might also work but be aware there is no foot or heel.3. I tested the seams by pulling only. I was nervous when it first arrived so I pulled and yanking. They withstood that abuse. However, I returned it and did not subject it to any other abuse.I returned it for the following reasons1. I have children over the age of 52. There was not a way I could find to use it for striking. I really wanted this to work. But it will not stand, sit, kneel or otherwise, on its own accord, stay in a position to execute punches and kicks.I really wanted this to work but returned it.

Great buy! Had it out and stuffed within 30 minutes. Perfect for my son to grapple on the trampoline and toss around.. lots of fun. Quite well made - it has been rained on, dried in the sun, and stuffed again several times now.

My son loves this product. We used old pillow stuffing to fill it. It’s held up 100% to a lot of daily abuse since February. I think it will last forever.

Filled it with old clothes and it works great. Probably weighs 25-30lbs
