I’ve lost over 20 lbs in 8 weeks by following keto guidelines regarding carb intake (not following the high fat guidelines as strictly). It’s important to stay hydrated while reducing carb intake so drastically, to help avoid constipation. I’ve been adding this to my water in the morning and in the evening to help me get to my water intake goals. The flavor is great (Rainbow Ice), though a bit on the sweet side, if you’re sensitive to that. However, in my case, for someone who has a sweet tooth that has given up most other sweet treats, this definitely keeps me chugging my water. I like it so much I’ve put it on subscription. Curious to try the other flavors. Can’t say for sure if this has actually contributed to my weight loss, since I’m sure the majority, if not all, of my weight lost is attibuted to low-carb and being in a consistent calorie deficit. I’d definitely recommend this.

Great taste great ingredients and it does what it says. I see some tightness and weight loss when I use this. And it gives me the extra energy before the gym. No stomach upset and truly so easy to use. I just put it in my water before the gym and off I go. Great addition to my health lifestyle.

Good product but it is now very pricey. Looking for alternatives at this point. I look at value for the $ and this product is sliding because of price.

I have been using this product for over a month & I can definitely see the difference during my workouts. Weight lifting and cardio have become a lot easier for me because my endurance has increased using this product. I do sweat more frequently using this product. It's very easy to use & one scoop does go a long way. CON: I have is watermelon freeze flavor is a little sour. I like it, but others that may not have bought that flavor before might not be aware. The mix-ability of this product is good. The cost of this product is good considering I been using it over a month & have half the container left. It's very affordable & I would buy again.

The product works well. It's helping me loose weight, the taste it's not bad at all, tastes good. (I order the pink lemonade). They only issue it had its that the anti humidity bag thing inside was broken and I don't know how much of that stuff I drank, when I saw it I started to scoop out the pellet that I saw but don't know how much I drank or still drinking. Cause for what I can see I don't see anymore inside but the color it's almost similar so maybe it still has some inside. No throwing it away cause it wasn't free it cost me money. As soon as you get it throw away the bag thing and make sure it's not broken and spilling inside.

Great CLA really gives you energy and makes you sweat. but man the taste is horrible
