I absolutely love this pillow! It helped me sleep on my back from the very first night! The shape is incredibly comfortable and supportive. I’ve tried many pillows before, but this one truly makes a difference. I have already ordered another second one. Wonderful product — highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their back-sleeping posture! The only thing I wanted to mention is that they said they would send a second pillowcase, but I haven’t received it yet. And I was wondering if the pillowcase could be made from silk, as it would feel much nicer and more natural.

I’ve been a side sleeper (transitioned from stomach sleeping) for YEARS. I’ve tried other pillows (the ones that kinda cradle your head) to transition to back sleeping and was unsuccessful. I found myself using small blankets and/or a mountain of pillows to keep myself on my back, and fill that gap between your head and shoulders with little success. This pillow is a 10/10. Fills that space, gives your head somewhere to rest, nice memory foam comfort thickness, and if youre not trying to only sleep on your back, it’s still lovely for side sleeping in my opinion. I love how the other side of the pillow almost gives me a little upper back support while sleeping on the side. But most important, I like how if its a night im committed to staying on my back, I can sleep comfortable and know ill stay on my back for the whole night. I swear this is the pillow ive been looking for. notes: it can get a little warm being surrounded by the pillow like this. The satin pillow case helps a ton though.

My surgeon said that I would have to sleep on my back for four weeks after surgery. I ordered the pillow earlier than needed so I could train myself to sleep on my back. I've been a side and stomach sleeper all my life, because of back issues. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to sleep on my back the first two nights, until the early morning hours. Third night I added a pillow under my knees to take pressure off my lower spine and placed a pillow on each side of me until I adjust to back sleeping. Adding the pillows helped make me more comfortable until I fully adjust to back sleeping. The back sleeper pillow is comfortable and supportive for the neck and head and does allow me to tilt my head and body slightly to the side, if I need to change my position slightly. There are no odors from the memory foam pillow and pillow cases are well made. To make it easier, I placed my back sleeper pillow in a regular pillow case to make it easier for washing. I’m no longer crushing my face for eight hours and it appears the skin is a bit smoother and my eyes are less puffy. win-win. I am very happy with my purchase and I received an extra satin cover free of charge and the customer service is excellent.

OMG I could not believe that I actually slept on my back! I had tried for years without success, but this pillow made it happen. The gentle curve supports my neck and shoulders in a way that feels natural and super comfortable and combined with the coolness of the satin pillowcase it is a combination that can’t be beat. I first discovered its value after an operation. With a goose down pillow under my knees and the NextSleep back pillow elevated on a goose down pillow, I was able to drift off easily. My partner is a natural back sleeper and swears by the back pillow, so I am planning to buy another one so I can alternate between the side sleeping and back sleeping pillow. This way I can continue training myself to sleep comfortably on my back, which I know can be very valuable to do especially as we grow older and the need arises due to health situations. And there is a bonus benefit because when you are on your back with no pressure or friction on your face it keeps sleep wrinkles at bay, and it doesn’t get better than that. You can tell that NextSleep put a lot of time and effort into the design of their pillows and pillowcases because perfection does not come easy. They nailed it! The satin cover for the back pillow was extremely well-designed considering the shape of the pillow, it must have had many iterations to finally get to a fit that is just right. I have washed the covers by placing them in a bag for delicates, running them on the delicate cycle, and air‑drying them. They come out clean with no shrinkage and are easy to put back on. I think a NextSleep pillow would make an ideal holiday gift. It will be a gift that keeps on giving, night after night, bringing undeniable comfort and great appreciation. The recipient will be forever grateful because it turns ordinary sleep into something special, making sweet dreams even sweeter.

I am a very sensitive and selective sleeper. And this pillow is my favorite so far! Soft, keeps you positioned more properly than other pillows. The only improvement I would ask for is to have a choice over the pillowcase that comes with it. I can't use the silk one because the pillow keeps slipping away from me. Other than that - it is amazing.
