Rather disappointed
The CPR function was completely useless, the bits that make that work just fell out when I lifted the manikin out of the box. There were also no assembly or any other kind of instructions. I am still able to use it to practice basic patient care.

We use the product to demonstrate transfers and personal care

This was not suitable for use . You certainly can’t do CPR on it and has no tracheostomy as stated
