The media could not be loaded. Customer service was fantastic in replacing the faulty unit we received initially within a couple of days. New unit is faultless and went down a storm at a recent party. Simple to set up - we connected to the tv with a good quality HDMI cable. Microphones work well and pick up away from your mouth - although they do create feedback if too close to the unit - but the tone is good. Overall, a perfect karaoke machine for parties and enhanced with the LED lights. Easy to use and the QR code function on Karafun went down well too. Highly recommended!

Well worth the money! This was a present for my daughter and she has had many happy hours singing with it. Sound quality is excellent, music volume to voice volume is perfect and overall the karaoke machine is easy to set up, use and enjoy! Highly recommended!!

Love this machine. The two wireless mics are excellent, they pick up the sound beautifully. The interface is user friendly and the built-in lights add a bit of a party atmosphere. Not cheap but in my opinion well worth the investment. Highly recommended

I spent a long time searching for the right karaoke machine and after many hours and some ill-fated purchases of plastic imported alternatives, I found the definitive machine for home use. Mr Entertainer’s Maestro.This is a (significant) step up from all the other brands. It is a very premium bit of kit, feels sturdy, sounds wonderful, has all you’ll ever need in terms of apps and compatibility.For us, the HDMI connection to the TV means the already powerful speaker of the Maestro is enhanced with our Orbitsound TV soundbar and bass. And everyone in the room can follow the lyrics and join in.The microphones are top notch and are fitted with a rechargeable battery, so no hammering through AAs like lots of others.Then there’s the customer service…..not only did they help me choose the right machine, but they are at the end of a phone or WhatsApp chat. Not that you will need much help as the machine is very intuitive.Really, if you are thinking about a quality karaoke machine for the home, then I don’t think you can get better than this. It’s a portable, one box solution that does it all.

Just tested my Maestro for the first time and it’s a serious bit of kit. From the moment I unboxed it I was impressed by its sleek design and premium feel. The touch screen is responsive making it easy to connect to wifi and navigate through the various apps. I used youtube and found the songs I wanted really quickly and easily. The sound quality is top-notch. The speakers deliver a rich and powerful sound that fills the room and vocals from the mics are nice and clear and not drowned out by the music. Overall a fantastic item and a huge upgrade on our old bog standard karaoke speaker… can’t wait to use it over Christmas!

Item arrived, worked brilliantly, great quality, robust, easy to set up etc. Then 1 week in it just stopped working then i thought "here we go with all the hassle of a return"... How WRONG I was! Seller was immediately responsive, arranged for a pre-paid label AND paid for Royal Mail to pick the machine up from my home. 5 days later I received the machine back working as good as new. (Turns out the circuit board had died which is really rare!).Anyhow, no-one wants purchases to fail, I was just unlucky but what is important is the speed and the care of a response which was FAULTLESS.Make no mistake this is a serious piece of kit which provides hours of fun and looks and sounds way more expensive than it is. Top marks for the machine, 10 stars for the aftersales service!!

The build and sound quality is superb. Far superior than any others I have come across. I think everything has been thought about by way of input/outputs, to connect almost anything. Three other friends have also ordered this machine as they were so impressed. (I should be on commission! LOL)

Very good machine, simple to use.Only downside I can find could do with extra volume, although you can use extension speakers.Overall a great machine.
