I no longer trust any authentication app, so I had to beef up my security. Works great! My Yahoo accounts don't show up on the passkey management list, but I logged out and logged back in on them with no problems. I do wish that the keychain hole was a bit bigger. It doesn't fit too loosely. I see there is a maximum of 200 keys, so I hope I never have to have that much.

The correct Key is a -A,, to fit a USB port ... I know that now ...

The key itself feels solid, the button feels nice. I have previously used a Yubikey, which I loved, and the one part I wasn't crazy about what the touch-sensitive button. This one has a satisfying click, which I prefer. The NFC for using this with my phone is OK, but not great. I usually had to try a few times to get it to register, but overall it was a fine experience. The main issue I have with it is the software. I tried using the Windows and Android software for this key. The Android version works fine; it's nothing special, and a few things feel a bit janky and lag a bit, or require multiple taps when it really shouldn't.I also had a crash or two where it closed on me and I had to reopen. The Windows software is very unintuitive, and it's much more difficult to activate anything using your desktop. I would recommend sticking to your phone for the most part. So it's a bit of a mixed bag, decent product but pretty rough-around-the-edges software, which you'll need to use to use the product.

The days of remembering passwords should now be in the past. Passwords are easy to decipher if you give enough time and that poses several risks to your data.For good authentication it is always best to follow the rule of 3, where you should try to get as much as two of the 3 options. A phrase you remember, something you own on your persons, and something like biometrics.For apps I would set up passwords and Face ID which creates two layers of protection. This device helps with the thing you own factor now as you can’t simply log into a site without it. If you’re thinking of protecting your data and financial accounts than start adding more layers to your systems so hackers can’t just phish their way into your data.

Clearly states in the item description "linux compatibility" yet can't even set up FIDO through a linux or Android platform. So, you cannot do what you are advertising, or, in other words, lying. Don't buy this

With all the phishing and scams, I needed to secure all my accounts. The Thetis security key is super simple to set up and use. Plug in via USB to set up and even works via NFC with phones. Great value for the product - small and easy to carry with the ability to attach a keychain. I've used other security keys and they are harder to use that they now just sit in a drawer.

As a cybersecurity professional, I approve of this security key. It was very easy to setup and use. I love the fact that it can be used via usb, nfc and used as a TOTP or HOTP authentication device. Multifactor Authentication is pretty much a necessity in this day and age and this security key adds much needed security over using text or email as a 2nd method of authentication. It is smaller than a AA battery, light, and even has a loop for a keychain. It can be used with Windows, macOS, Android, iOS and Linux. Definitely recommended if you really want to secure some accounts.
